One of my favorite stores to visit in person, rather than online. I've never encountered an issue while shopping their stores. The staff is always chic, helpful and pleasant. Quality clothing, good sales and even better clearance items.

Honestly one of my favorite Express stores. Customer service is always good (in my opinion). Uncluttered, spacious, and overall a good experience for this area. I’ve been to KOP express and i don’t feel the same energy, nor receive the same level of customer service

Went into Berkshire Mall Express looking for outfit for my son for Homecoming yesterday. The store itself was clean and uncluttered. The staff that helped us were friendly, knowledgeable about fashion trends for young men and also gave me a coupon to use in the end! Complete positive experience.

Enjoyed shopping here. Great store. Well managed. Customer service was on point. Very clean. Well stocked. The girl that checked me out was extraordinarily nice and very helpful. Even gave me a coupon for 30 bucks on off my total. Will be back.
