FYE

6 stars! This is by far the best FYE I've been in to date. The manager is clearly the reason. Sandy makes her way through the store and greets each person. She goes out of her way to make people smile and leave them with a positive experience that will make them want to visit again. She did an outstanding job explaining the benefits of the FYE VIP program. I ended up buying it, and I rarely do those things. Clean store. Displays are always well put-together and fresh looking. Staff is courteous.

I've been buying stuff here for a few years, mostly used CDs, buy two get one for a dollar. I recently decided to trade most of my unwanted collection in and it was a great experience that left me with less junk and almost $175 of in-store credit. If you have old CDs to get rid of, sell them either to me (I'm serious) or this store, you'll get what they're worth. You should always know something about an item's value before you come in, but one of the employees might refuse to buy something if it feels like they're not giving you a good deal. Great employees and very informative (never would have learned about CDs labelled "BMG" otherwise). Kinda stinks they couldn't take all my boxes, but they know what they're looking for. I was equally surprised by the things they did and did not take. Ultimately, I have no complaints about buying or selling here. This is definitely the best FYE store in any mall I've been to. I'll continue to be a regular customer here and highly consider trade-ins again.

They have everything from music to anime to The Nightmare Before Christmas! Their DVDs and CDs are pretty cheap, too, and the used ones work perfectly. The employees are SUPER nice and helpful

I love this place. I’ll go to the mall just to come here. The staff are all friendly and helpful, and they always know where to find what you’re looking for. They have a great selection of CDs and DVDs, and I regularly drive down there to get a few CDs I’m looking for. Overall, a great store.

I come every few months and stock up on buy two get one for 1.00 DVDs. Staff is always so helpful and if they don't have a movie you are looking for they will find it.

Found everything I needed for Christmas! My grandkids are going to be so happy! The staff was kind and helpful. The prices well....on par for all the current and quality merchandise they offer! Thanks!

I love FYE I usually get all my Kpop albums from there they also have a lot more stuff but they have a lot of Kpop albums if you like Kpop and don't know where to get an album you should probably go to FYE.

My fave stores are Champs, Footlocker and the food court. Also FYE is one on my list.

It was great, there products are at great prices. And the VIP Backstage pass is definitely worth getting since you get 10% off on products you buy

Love this store for hard to find old DVDs and a cool variety of things you won't see anywhere else

It is a really neat place to find really anything that you are looking for. The owner is helpful and so friendly and ready to help you find anything you are looking for. I definitely will be back and will join the VIP club.

I go there every time when I'm at the mall. And i love the products there!! I'm currently an FYE member too!

Like this store. I still enjoy going to a store and buy music and movies. Friendly employees. Prices are fair.

Great store, one of the few that still sells CDs,and the set up is great,along with great deals.Loved it.

Great deals and very helpful employees. If you're looking for entertainment - movies, music, etc. - this is the place to go!
