WilloBurke Boutique Inn + Nordic Spa

I've stayed at the Willoburke Nordic spa for two nights and I had a wonderful experience. The owner and her staff has been great to us. The house (shared area) and our room was clean, nicely decorated, smelled fresh and simply beyond my expectations. We had some delicious cookies waiting for us in our room, our bed was really comfortable and they have a huge yard that is well taken care of. We didn't experience the Nordic Spa since it was really hot outside, but I for sure want to come back during fall :) The location is perfect for anyone who wants to unwind in nature and have some tranquility. If I needed to use one word to describe my experience, it would be "cozy"

The Innkeeper was extremely friendly and informative about things to do in the area. The rooms were nice and the furniture was tasteful. It was so soothing to hear the brook outside our balcony window.The hot tub and sauna were incredible for my sore muscles after biking.
The breakfast and sweets were GREAT!

I stayed here in June of 2017 while I was in the area for a family wedding. WilloBurke is indeed a lovely place to stay and I cannot say enough good things about the innkeeper. An lovely lady dressed in white, Alivia, met me at the desk and immediately made me feel at home. My room was spacious and very comfortable. A side note: I returned one afternoon after a long day of wedding tent setup. I was exhausted and disheveled. Alivia was there and saw me come drive in. She inquired if I had eaten anything and when I said "no" she took me to the kitchen and made me a plate of cheese and crackers then handed me a glass of wine. Just wow! Highly recommend WilloBurke for your stay in Vermont, no matter what the season. It's worth the drive up into the Kingdom and see the sights and stay at this inn.

Had a magical time at the the WilloBurke! Perfect for a post ride sauna and soak, followed by a short walk to great local food and beer. Checks all my boxes! Rooms are clean and modern, staff is friendly and helpful and the Spa out back is unique and very sweet (and the bar under construction out back looks like it is going to be awesome).

My husband and I had the delight of staying at the WilloBurke Inn in late June. We traveled from PA. It was our first time in Vermont. We absolutely loved staying there! Alivia (The owner), made us feel at home and did whatever she could to accommodate our needs. She was an incredible resource for places to go, places to eat, and hidden gems that only the locals know about! I am extremely particular about cleanliness and was very impressed with how exceptionally clean our room and the inn was kept. Alivia and her husband remind me of the Chip and Joanna Gaines of Vermont. They love their state, especially East Burke and their passion is contagious! Our room had a small balcony with a sliding glass door which was one of the most incredible parts of the room we stayed in. The reason for that is because the WilloBurke has a lovely creek that runs just behind the inn...at night my husband and I would leave our sliding glass door open and fall asleep to the soothing sound of the water-it was INCREDIBLE! We looked forward to that every night. Breakfast was 5/5 every morning. In June, breakfast consisted of salmon, fresh fruit, bagels, muffins, organic yogurt, Keurig coffee with a plethora of choices, cheese, and slices of ham. It was delicious and was a great way to fuel up before heading out on the trails. In the afternoons, Alivia provides delicious scones, muffins, or tarts. She changed it up and it was always delicious! We loved our time at the WilloBurke and East Burke so much that we are headed back in a few weeks We are so excited! If you are traveling to Vermont, I would highly recommend staying at the WilloBurke! You will not be disappointed!

We enjoyed a brilliant stay here in October 2017. The staff are so welcoming and accommodating, and the Nordic saunas are just 👌, would highly recommend staying here. There is lots of great mountain biking nearby. Alivia went above and beyond to make sure our stay was so memorable.

I loved every minute of it. The changing room was extremely well kept. The sauna was hot and the hot tub was too. Bring water as they only give you one bottle. They could put hooks for coats in the changing room. But it doesn't take away from the experience too much. I highly recommend this experience. I'll be coming every time I'm in Vermont.

Stayed here for a few days in October. Amazing renovation and great sized rooms. Breakfast was awesome too and we loved lounging by the fireplace. The one thing it could use is a hot tub, but it still earns 5 stars in my opinion! We will be back!

Amazing place to stay, right in the middle of a friendly little town, built for biking. Had a great time. Owners worked hard to ensure everything is perfect. She even folded my disgusting biking clothes after a day on the trails... now if that isn't care, I don't know what is.

The WilloBurke Inn is the perfect place to stay while in East Burke, VT! Whether your looking to unwind or ride your bike all day, the WilloBurke has you covered. Fresh locks and cream cheese to start your day, a simple bike shop in the basement, swimming hole on the creek and the Nordic Spa! Holy cow, the Nordic Spa experience can't be missed! Your body will thank you and you'll feel amazing after a weekend of outdoor fun. Take a sec to learn from Alivia Libby, she's spent her life living in the Northeast Kingdom and has all the beta. We rented a room for president's days weekend and it was fantastic! It is clean, well kept and the hosts are extremely welcoming. They were very accommodating to our questions / requests. I highly recommend this place and will be renting again!

Hospitality at its best. Inn keeper goes above and beyond making your stay enjoyable. Beds are very comfortable and place is spotless. Water pressure is just like home. I have stayed at 3 other B & B’s in kingdom and none even come close. Proximity to everything is a 2 minute walk. Highly recommended.

HITS:Comfortable beds, great trail access, delicious breakfast, an indoor spot to lock bikes, a bike mechanic stand and workbench, a stream running through the property (cold,refreshing, and a relaxing soundtrack which can be heard from several rooms), mini decks with stream view, a mini pump track, 30 steps away from great food, fire pits and grills, friendly staff.
MISSES: wifi is weak, tv is limited, bike workshop had some lights out, only 1 shared mini fridge.
A great place to crash after long rides, and prep for the next adventure.

Guys, don't let the word "spa" scare you away. This is the true nordic experience. My wife and I just spent the night here and everything from the moment we called to book to this morning at checkout was truly amazing. The staff, the accommodations, the delicious lox and bagel breakfast, the nordic spa treatment. Everything was great. We will be back for sure!!

I have rented a room here several time and everytime I go, I've had an excellent experience. The host is very welcoming and I enjoyed the stay. The beds are extremely comfortable and the rooms are very spacious and clean.

We had a great time at this little place. My granddaughter loved the very clean pool. We enjoyed the peacefulness, friendly people (both campers and staff), and the reasonable prices.

Very clean, staff was excellent, loved the wood fired saunas and hot tubs. Very relaxing weekend and a great overall experience. 6 stars if I could.

The hospitality at willoburke is amazing the Nordic spar was such an added bonus to our little mini stay we will definitely be back up to ski and stay for a weekend in March one of our favorite spots in Vermont

Great spot, close to downtown East Burke, great access to Kingdom Trails. They have river access, saunas and hot tubs.

We had a long stay at WillowBurke and everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly, the accommodations were perfect, and the location couldn't be better.
