I brought my bicycle to the shop after breaking a damper shaft on a float DPS while riding Kingdom. I wasn't sure at the time if I had blown an air seal (which they are able to replace) or the damper (which requires send-away service) and their service guys quickly informed me that the air seal is fine and that I needed more extensive service. They recommended me someone local (Green Mtn Pro Tune) who ended up being fantastic. I really appreciate the honesty and helpfulness even when they knew that my problems couldn't be solved by their shop at that timeframe.

Additionally was able to secure a rental bike on short notice to keep riding for the weekend. Thanks!

Incredible range of rentals at fair prices. Awesome to see shops carrying womens line of bikes! Their staff were also super responsive at getting you setup.

The trails are rideable right from the shop (it’s a 300ft elevation gain up the hill, but who’s counting?) making it a perfect spot to hunker down at. The river is located to the left of the parking lot, perfect for an apres ride swim to relax with.

We were visiting from out of town and had a mechanical issue on one of our bikes. The guys at East Burke Sports got it fixed right on the spot so we did not miss out on any riding while there. Great shop and even better service!

East Burke Sports was the best bike rental I have had. Great top of the line bikes and were able to store our bikes which was greatly appreciated. Very knowledgeable staff on the area and special call out to Scott! He provided us with lots of good recs on the area and was very helpful! Would highly recommend and would rent again!

The customer service is phenomenal. We needed new inflatable sleeping pads. They do not sell any, but went and called ahead to the Village Sport Shop in Lyndonville to confirm that they had what we needed. We also topped off the tire pressure as we were passing through.

Colin in the repair shop was very helpful. He trouble shot my son’s bike and showed me exactly what needed to be done. He was patient and understanding. I’d go back again for sure!

Great sports store and local hub for all sports in the area. I hired a bike for the day and was very pleased with the service given. I think maybe that the prices are fairly high but the equipment was top notch. East Burke is great place to ski, bike, kayak and hike from into the kingdom.

Needed a fix for a busted dropper and not only did these folks have the fix, but also Orion fixed me up quick enough to save the weekend of riding (3 hour turnaround on installing a new dropper). Five stars for the service, communication, and hustle.

These guys saved my trip to Kingdom Trails. My bike started making a horrible noise. For $20, these guys re-greased and re-torqued the pivots in half an hour and fixed the problem.

They have basically every part for any modern bike, so no matter what breaks, it won't ruin your Kingdom Trails trip. Nice folks in there, clean work benches and good music playing.

I broke a spoke with a tubeless setup. They had it repaired in 45 minutes. Service is great!

This store is full of great products, but it's the employees that make it a great experience. From the ladies in the front to the guys out back, even at there busiest times they give you their full attention! I have rented from them and bought parts, and look forward to going in again and again.

I find East Burke Sports to be a great store. The employees are beyond awesome, I have had the opportunity to talk to a bunch of them namely; Ryan, John, Orion(?), and Ryan. I may be making a mistake on a name here but these guys are killer. I have patronized their store for a long time and loved every minute of. A great place and great people. SHOP THERE, YOU WON'T REGRET IT.

My girlfriend and I rented two mtb santancruz and we just had the best service we could ask for. I messed up my order and when I got there the staff made sure everything was right. They changed my pedals type and my girlfriend’s bike since the medium ended up being too big for her. Will for sure do the experience again!

I have been coming to the kingdom for the last five years from Toronto and every year the gang at east Burke sports keep our group out and enjoying the trails with their expert service and friendly helpful staff. Great bike shop!

East Burke Sports is the place to go for bike work at Kingdom Trails. They have a good selection of bikes and components. Also their rental/demo bikes are very well maintained and a blast to ride.

Best bike mechanics around. Big shout out to OJ the tech for getting me back on my bike within a day after crashing. This shop rocks.
