Westport Apothecary by Apotheco Pharmacy

First time using this pharmacy and first time using any sort of specialty pharmacy. Overall, I am incredibly impressed with the service I received here. Shortly after receiving my prescription, I was sent a text link from Apotheco to verify my insurance information. I followed up the next day and was informed they were still waiting on insurance. A couple hours later, I received a call to go over details. They were able to beat the insurance rates for the prescription items by a considerable margin. I was able to pay with HSA funds and they were able to offer free delivery within 2 business days (took 1 day). Very appreciative of the kind and professional staff I interacted with from Apotheco. Highly recommend checking them out!

Always helpful and communicative. Great customer service. One time there was a delivery issue for my time-sensitive medication, and it was corrected within an hour. Best pharmacy in CT for the price.

Super service! Called for a refill, it took no time at all, prescription was in my mailbox in two days. Best part about this service is not having to go pick up prescription, I always seem to end up at my regular pharmacy during their lunch break and have to go back again!

The service was very easy and very professional. They delivered to my front door for no extra charge. I was very pleased with their service and would use them again.

Update: we have used them multiple times. They call to verify and receive approval to ship medication and it arrives very quickly. I have been concerned that we may lapse in medication due to its arrival but that has never happened.

I was surprised at the price of my son’s prescription compared to other local drug stores. It was less even without going through insurance. I didn’t worry about pick up either because delivery is included!

This pharmacy was used for a specialty prescription and was delivered to our house. I was impressed with the ease of filling out information and the notifications for expected delivery, especially since this is not our usual pharmacy and quite far away. They really seem to have their act together.

Best Customer Service, called for my RX on Tuesday am and it was delivered late Wednesday afternoon to my home. No shipping charges and excellent price on product. The store clerk I spoke to was so professional and so nice.
