Best Buy

I exchanged a TV I had bought the previous day because it was a 55" and I was coming from a 65". (Definitely a bigger difference once you get it home.) But anyway, they allowed me to express it for a bigger TV with no problems. (Other than the fact that I forgot the stand at home and had to go back and get it) but that was totally my fault 🤦

My biggest complaint with retail stores is usually customer service. The clerk who helped with my return and order pickup was incredibly friendly and helpful. Ample parking, organized and clean store, and best part is this location is closest to home.

I visited to check Microsoft surface Pro 6 in display, I must say say Bestbuy is the only place that have large variety of laptops and other computer related items in display with the competitive deals. Staff was very nice, and supportive with adequate knowledge. This was the first Bestbuy store I visited and must recommend.

It's my best buy home location. I bought several devices from here. Every time I visited the store it was nice experience for me.

I was happy with my experience ar Best Buy. I wasn't sure if I was going to find what I wanted for the price I had seen on Amazon. Of course I didn't. But what made everything work out is that Best Buy matched the price. I was very happy. And I saved Iverson $100.00.

Five star service from Heather today. From greeting us at the door to buying the product that we needed. Demetrius was very helpful too. He was conscientious. Both provided great customer service.

We went to BB for a TV, knowing what we wanted (48" OLED LG). We had 3 reps, all attentive, we purchased our selection, and had help taking it to our car. Good experience.

Went in for an auto start and sub woofer install Antonio's customer service was great he got the job done and everything works great

Didn't get the name of the girl who helped us but she had a great attitude in spite of how busy everything was. In and out quickly as it was a pickup order and Franklin at the door is always awesome.

Incredibly happy with Best Buy and their staff, specifically Chris on the floor, who was very knowledgeable on the electronics sold there.... my husband and I left with 3 new products.
Now, the Geek Squad there is in a league of their own.... our nee friend DAVID was extra sensitive to our lack of all these upgraded tech. We turned in my tower, which he transferred all data, photos, etc. to my new hard drive... he told us what specs to look for specifically for my needs in a new laptop. We chose and purchased our items, and he took care of the rest... he set up my membership plan, my Geek 🤓 to come to my house and finalize the setup (printer to laptop)
My only regret is not coming to them sooner... superb customer service and knowledge.... A++++++ ..... Thank you, David, Chris, and Amanda. I hope that your supervisors take good care of you guys as well as you took care of us!!!🙏🤗

They had a low selection of movies, but it did include one that I didn't know was available, yet. The staff was very helpful and nice.

I got a membership from Best Buy for the Geek Squad. They are the best I recommend.

Needed to make a phone change due to a damage, and was making the jump from Android to Apple. I was worried about how long this would take as well as any apps/content lost in the transfer. Was also curious about upgrading my plan and protection plan options.

Ryan in Mobile and Brian the Sales Consultant were INCREDIBLE to work with. They provided start to finish 5 Star Service. Easy to talk to, answered all my questions - and slowly walked me through my options and what I was signing up for.

Not only did I get a new phone, and Ryan installed a new screen protector - but Brian also took the time to review my phone plan and get me into a new, better package as well. Absolutely thrilled with their service!

Dash cam camera install. Tony at Trumbull did a fantastic job with the install. The wires are hidden and he did an excellent job running the wire to the hatch.
