Invisible Fence Brand

I love invisible fence! I had Phil Z come by and lay out our options for protecting our dogs. The technicians layed out the invisible fence system around our pool, protecting flower beds and walkways. We signed up for their protection plan once the system was installed. They were very responsive when we needed some dog training and had questions. I highly recommend invisible fence if you want a superior company that protects your pets, answers questions, follows up and is very easy to deal with. 5 stars

Kyle was great. He arrived on time installed the invisible fence. He was so neat about the install you could never tell that he was here. When he first met my dog Apollo he was playing with him and showing him all the love in the world. Once he completed the install, he went over everything with me and answered all my questions. He then started training with Apollo, explaining how to do it as he was demonstrating. Kyle then had me do it to make sure I was doing it correctly. All in all it was a great experience.

Update, 2 years later and my dog has never even attempted to leave our yard. Choosing invisible fence was the best thing we could have done for our dog. Great and reliable company and equipment. Makes life easy and keeps our dog safe.

Kyle was very knowledgeable and effortlessly mapped out the wire layout for our complicated mountain property. When our puppy got ahold of her receiver collar and chewed it into about 20 pieces, Kyle went above and beyond, showing up the next day at our house with a new collar. Great experience with this brand so far.

Rafael was one of the nicest invisible fence employee that we've ever had. He was courteous on time and fix the job without an issue. I was very excited to know that even though that there was snow on the ground, our fence is now repaired and our dog is safe again!

I've had an invisible fence at our house for over 3 years. With 2 dogs it was important for us to maximize the amount of safe yard space for our dogs to play in without putting a physical fence around our property. Muffin can enjoy the backyard now. I can leave him out there for as long as he wants without any fear of him getting outside to the neighbor and eventually lose him or him getting hurt. I highly recommend canine company. Jim was always ready to answer all my concerns. Erin was so patient training Muffin. It is a team of pet loving people. I've actually had invisible fence since 2007. Not one of my dogs have ever left the yard. The first 2 only had a couple of shocks at the beginning. For those that think its cruel...1. My husband tests it out all the time and the trainer doesnt even flinch testing it. 2. My dogs have romped and played freely in my yard watching lots of people and dogs walking by. They loved the freedom they had. After a while I didnt even put their collar on. My second dog even let us know when the battery died by barking at the line. We are now training our third dog (at 6 months). We spent a few weeks with just the beep...so he knows what to do and where the boundary is. We did have a trainer come out for an hour because this pup is a bit nutty and playful and we wanted some advice. Kyle was great. There are 3 houses in my neighborhood with the fences and the dogs stay put. The little one would take off...and now she's staying put. My mother has a stockade fence and my 2nd dog would just run along it barking because he didnt know what was on the other side. I'd rather have a dog that can see beyond the yard and not be running in the road. If you train properly it is a great thing.

We worked with Erin at the Canine Company for training with our 1 yr old English bulldog- it was a great experience! She was very helpful in helping us begin to extinguish some unwanted behaviors, she was always on time and very patient with our sometimes stubborn bully! I highly recommend working with Erin!

Ev the Groomer is the best! I've had other groomers who have done a good job, but didn't remember my dog's name from one visit to another, nor what I wanted done. Ev not only knows his name, she knows him -- his breed, his personality, what cuts work best, how to adjust for the seasons, what problems to look out for... I like that she knows so much about dogs, but especially that she enjoys mine -- and that she connects with me as the owner in giving him great care.

I recently had two electric fence training sessions for my newly adopted adult rescue dog. Avery and Kyle T were both absolutely wonderful. They both devoted plenty of time to make sure that my anxious dog was comfortable in the backyard and that we did not push her beyond her limits when it came to understanding the boundaries of the electric fence. Cristian was also extremely helpful and responsive when it came to booking these appointments and was more than happy to answer all my questions. Overall it was a very positive experience and I would highly recommend Canine Company for your electric fence needs!

Kyle T. came out to our new home and was amazing - he walked us through the variety of options we had in terms of working off the existing fence vs. upgrading to the newer system, outlining the pros and cons for our yard specifically, and we are so happy with what we landed on. Kyle was amazing with our dog as well, and started the training with us, and left us with clear "homework" so we know exactly what to work on before our next training session. SO happy we got to work with him, will be requesting him for our next training session for sure! The Canine Company was super easy to work with from start to finish. Thank you!!

I've been researching invisible fence installations for years; and I finally took the plunge and decided on Canine Company. A fellow colleague spoke very highly of the company, especially the service. My initial impression during my zoom consultation with Julie, is how professional she was and very down to earth. I immediately felt comfortable asking questions. She was very passionate about the company and their product without sounding like a used car salesman. The day of the installation, they texted me first thing in the morning, and within an hour they arrived. Brad was the installer and discussed the process with me step-by-step. He was professional and personable, and I again felt immediately comfortable asking questions. He arrived at 7:30 am; and the installation was completed by 12:00 pm. I'm very satisfied with the service and product and I would highly recommend Canine Company to anyone.

We have Canine Company installed our invisible fence in Port Jefferson Long Island. Installer/trainer Greg and consultant Shane were both very professional and communicative during the entire process! Greg came three times to train my dog Twinky and now I feel confident letting him play in the yard without worrying about him going astray.
