Barbour

I went to the Westport location the other day to find a new jacket and some spring clothing. Great location in the downtown area of Westport, with a wide selection of women and mens clothing. I made several purchases, and so far very happy with how they look and turned out. Not cheap, but 100% worth it, as the quality is unbelievable. Amazing customer service from the store manager and associates working-even gave me free shipping on a few selections not in stock. Highly recommend!!

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in store. Poor performance for the Barbour brand.

Bought an expensive jacket here - it ripped after only a few wears by simply using the pockets designed for hands. I was told they would have to charge to fix and I had to be more careful putting my hands in the pockets - and that it will most likely rip again - I had higher expectations for a $500 jacket…
