Wow! I am blown away at how great this PetSmart is in comparison to Manchester. I used to go to the Manchester store until our groomer transferred here. Manchester was a nice store, but it was always busy no matter what time of the day you go. It was a total nightmare trying to get in and out of that parking lot. But the East Hartford store was a breath of fresh air. It was so easy to get in and out, there were barely any lines...it was great. Will definitely keep driving a little further to come to this one.

This place has to have the most helpful bunch of gals in the biz. Go here. Seriously. My baby sugar sure loves her cookies and I love bringing her to the store with me. I cant wait to come back and feel the love. Lol. But seriously? They really are super nice. If you have a pet and need supplies....go here.

I have been bringing my dog to day camp, once a week. He's looking much happier. He had a buddy of 12 years that had to be put down, he was depressed. This is the best! And now I have been on vacation for 2 weeks. I can't say enough about the people there.
Once I went to pick him up. I thought he was happy to see me! LOL He was to see one of the crew in the daycare 🤣

I love the pets hotel! I know they always take such good care of my baby!!🐾

This store has the absolute best staff. We bring our dog here for pet items, training, doggy day camp or for an overnight stay, and he used to go to Banfield when it was still in the store (still goes to Banfield but it has since moved). We have never had a bad experience! The staff PetsHotel are wonderful, and his trainer Nicole is the absolute best!

Just the friendliest staff. All I have met have at least one pet and love animals. It's just the warmest, animmal-loving atmosphere!!

This is my first time coming to this PetSmart location and I was very impressed. All the staff there were very friendly and very helpful and asked me if I even needed help looking for something. They also have a big selection of animals to choose from if you are looking for one they also have three cats when I went here two of them were kittens. I definitely give this place a five-star rating it was very clean inside and very big and lots of stuff to choose from and so many different brands as well. If you love PetSmart like I do and have not been to this location I definitely recommend checking this location out you will be very impressed. They also have a dog hotel in the back of the store.

I cannot say enough good things about this Pets Hotel. I have been bringing my Great Danes here for years. The staff is accommodating and Tracey goes out of her way to make sure that my dogs are taken care of. Her warm and positive nature puts me at ease while they stay here. I have never had an issue, and will continue to return for day camps and boarding.

Bought a baby ball python... associate was VERY knowledgable... great experience! She told us about handling, shedding, how set the cage, bulbs bedding, feeding, cleaning, temperament, growth rates EVERYTHING!!!

Very helpful staff. Helped pluck some tics off my pup right before closing and get the right preventative care. Can't thank them enough.

I adopted my cat here. They are super helpful and nice and it's a great place to get a rescue cat. Nice and clean place. Super nice volunteers who will help you whenever you need!

We always take our pup here to get groomed and they do a great job! Friendly staff.

Two things needed the best pet and a smart transition for training and get the pet smart for the cool able to go anywhere for the care

I always board my 3 dogs there. The staff is very kind and loving towards them. I can call to check on them. They helped make leaving them easy.

Good place to find your pets need. The thing I like most is the have a pet daycare so if your dog is driving you crazy book them for a day

Amazing and very friendly staff. Trystan is the best. We are first timers with a golden retriever puppy and we had so many questions. Trystan answered all off then and gave us all the informations and tips. It was our first time in this store and love it. We walked in very confused and walked out with all the confidence.
