Within 30 minutes of my call Jay arrived. The sink fixture needed to be replaced and he left to purchase one. He was able to install this fixture and everything was completed in about 45 minutes. He was professional and skilled and I know his bill was fair and much less than what the local companies charge.

Within 90 minutes of my texting Jay, he not only responded, he cam to my home, identified the root cause, and replaced the valve. He came and checked out our furnace. Said the coil was clogged. Said he would call when he got a replacement. I called him again. He said he was trying to get one. I called him several times over the next 4 days. He never called back. I went with someone else who flushed the coil and gave us hot water again in a couple of hours. While waiting for him to call back we were out of hot water for a week

I bought a condo from Jason Karson of Collinsville. He came back here TWICE during my inspection. He SAW the water leaking off the trim in the bedroom under the master bedroom shower stall. TWO DAYS before the closing, miracuously, he came up with an INVOICE from Jay here. It said that there was NO LEAK detected in the shower and that the drains were clear. Both of these statements were utter lies. Neither of these men have ANY ethics whatsoever.
