Rob was recommended to us by a physician relocation service. We were a young couple, just graduated from medical school moving for residency in an incredibly competitive housing market. We were on a super tight timeline and over a thousand miles away. From the first moment we contacted Rob, he was very willing to help us and never once made it seem like finding a home for us was a nearly impossible task (it was). When the offer we made on a home we really liked was rejected, he found us an off market house and convinced the seller to sell it to us before it hitting the market. As non-competitive buyers with limited cash and a tight timeline, Rob was a God-sent. Eileen, his assistant was also phenomenal and felt like we were working with family. We can’t say enough good things about Rob and Eileen and if we ever buy again in Connecticut, we will not hesitate to use Rob again.
