AT&T Store

I would just like to start by saying there are two gentlemen by the name of Nick that work there. There’s a manager and another Nicholas that works there. I was a victim of commission fraud from the Newington AT&T store on the Berlin Turnpike. One of their workers decided to try and get an extra cut in their paycheck and I just happen to be a victim of someone doing something super shady . I just would like to say both the manager and his coworker spent three hours trying to help me with my phone and they pulled out all the stops they could. I loved the customer service here because they were so quick to try and fix a problem, they did not create. I almost lost everything I had because of authentication in my phone number Nicholas was able to find the source of the problem and help guide me later I Went to Westfarms and was helped by a gentleman named Dave and we were able to come to a solution needless to say after spending three hours in West Hartford and then traveling around for another 3 to 4 hours, trying to fix my phone because of what the original store worker in Newington on the Burlington turnpike did. The amount of effort these men put in to make sure I could keep my phone number and use my insurance and create an account for me. You have no idea how grateful I am. Nicholas as a manager you are amazing. AT&T is very lucky to have you and I am very lucky that I walked into your store yesterday and you were able to help me.

Had not been helped the way I was I would’ve definitely left AT&T, technically, since they committed fraud I wasn’t really part of AT&T but after working alongside other people to help fix a problem, they didn’t create. I realize AT&T does have some pretty good workers. Hopefully we can do something about the amount of money I’ve been charged! 10/10 service though I will be returning to either West Hartford location and West farms location

Ashleigh provided exceptional customer service, she was polite and very eager to assist any way she could. She honestly made my experience 10x better than I could have expected. Not once did she get upset, from start to finish she did an amazing job. I recommend anyone that decides to take there business to AT&T to ask and speak with Ashleigh she will make sure you are more than taken care of. Thanks again Ashleigh :)

Chassidy was awesome she has great customer service. She goes above and beyond to help you and make sure you’re satisfied. I recommend anyone to go see her. Very smart young lady.

I have been in to this store on two occasions. Both times I have had the pleasure of working with Jeslynne. Not only is she knowledgeable and personable but she goes out of her way to provide topnotch customer service. She takes her job very seriously while establishing a nice rapport. I have enjoyed both visits to the store and will definitely be back. She has worked tirelessly to find the best deal for me and she does it all with a smile. I’m very impressed since customer service at this level is so rare.

Ulises Amaya helped me yesterday and today! He worked at Waterbury location before but when I was informed he worked at the West Hartford location I didn't hesitate to take the drive to West Hartford so he can help me! Awesome customer experience and never disappoints always goes above and beyond to make sure everyone walks out happy!

Andre, Tiana, and Melissa were extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable! I had a great experience this morning. The store was clean, bright, and COVID-19 precautionary measures were followed. Andre, Tiana, and Melissa guided me through my visit with expertise. I left with a smile on my face!

Excellent customer service! Had to replace a phone and was so impressed with how patient and informed the manager was, along with another staff member. Nicolas and Andre were extremely helpful. I had tried to do what I needed online and was not able to activate my phone. Nicolas and Andre made sure that I was able to have my phone activated after I was very happy that I was able to get results. Fabulous
