5+ stars all the way. I just moved to the Hartford area. I searched online for a jewelry store to make a custom piece for a very personal, special gift. I tried an online store and it was a 3 week nightmare. I found 2 local stores and messaged them both. Megan at Store 52 messaged me back. Megan worked with me through text asking about my idea, sending pictures with quotes and other details. She was so kind to take the time! I knew I had the right place. I stopped in that very day and met Megan. She helped me find the perfect gift at a wonderful price. So professional! This store and Megan are exceptional! I will be a customer for life.

I highly recommend Store 52! My purchase of a new watch was just what I would want it to be. The staff are knowledgeable and extremely friendly, and I felt that I could take the time I needed. This experience was truly what I would want when making any purchase, but certainly when making a significant one. Definitely a store and staff that made a positive impression!

Store 52 is a great addition to West Hartford as their offerings aren't the typical pieces of jewelry for special events. Their pieces are selected for people looking for fresh, fun but special pieces to wear daily. The designers they curate all have the same vibe of a little funky, unique but so wearable. And their staff is laid back, not pushy but so helpful. Jason helped me find the perfect pieces for an upcoming wedding that will work perfectly with my outfit. Jason is so professional, so knowledgeable, but most importantly, he listened to me about what I wanted. Great service, great pieces and really great prices. I definitely will be going back to Store 52!

Store52 is an amazing boutique! They have so many great options and I always fall in love with something new there. Fushya just helped me pick out a pink diamond bracelet today. I’m obsessed! Of course I also spotted an incredible diamond ring, which will be my next purchase! I can’t wait to come back!

This was my first experience in Store 52. Fushya was attentive the minute we walked in as we searched for the perfect gift. I was looking for a Shinola watch, which are difficult to find locally. She was very knowledgeable about each watch she showed us and they had several in stock to choose from. She even wrapped our final choice beautifully! Was a truly positive experience in every way! I was also able to take a peek at their jewelry that was also beautiful and very unique. Great store and service!!

Store52 is a cute little boutique-like jewelry store with lots of unique jewelry designers. I worked with Maria and I was very impressed with her ⁰customer service. I didn't make a purchase but I will be back, as I saw a few pieces that I want to add to my collection. I strongly recommend a visit to Store52.

Store52 is awesome. They have so many vintage timepieces it's nuts. They only have a handful in the display case but if you ask nicely, they will unleash their entire collection which is impressive. I was in "aw". Cody, Jason and the other staff members were fantastic and very attentive to me as a customer and would recommend any watch geek to check out their collection :) awesome experience and reasonable pricing.

My husband and I were window shopping when I remembered this is the jewelry store that I bought my daughter a lovely necklace. I went in with no intention of buying, just looking for today. Jason, the sales person, asked if I was looking for anything in particular. I told him I had been on the hunt for a particular type of necklace. ( I had been searching for a long time and had no hope in discovering said necklace.) He nodded & said, “I’ll be right back”. Jason brought out three beautiful necklaces. After our delightful chitchat, Jason suggested that I try one on to see how it felt and looked on my neck. . I was thrilled to realize that my hunt was over.
Some of my previous experiences with haute couture jewelry had me shy away from such intimidation from the jewelry itself, and the sales person. NEVER felt any pressure or negativity throughout my visit. Needless to say, I bought the very beautiful two-tone sided choker-ish necklace. My experience with Jason was delightful, and I was quite impressed with his professionalism and knowledge of the jewelry. It was pleasurable to be treated with such kindness. Jason ( and the rest of the staff) made me feel like I deserved the Crown Jewels..!!

From the sidewalk , I couldn’t exactly tell what type of shop Store 52 was. From the window, I could see some clutches and jewelry cases. Well, I was pleasantly surprised! I was shopping with a friend. We both have an appreciation for nice jewelry. We were surprised with the selection of beautiful pieces from various artists.As well as a Vintage section, with some beautiful things. Including some David Yurman. The selection as well as the price point was very fair. The two gentlemen (Jason & Cody) working were so helpful and kind. Very knowledgeable as well. Make a point of stopping in if you are in West Hartford.

Okay I was “Just looking” Cody didn’t crowd me, I looked at this and that, my wife tried on countless necklaces and bracelets. He held back. In passing he grabbed my business card and I received and “thank you for shopping” email (not formatted) came back a week later for a 2nd look again no pressure just casual conversation. The following week I get an email they are having a sale on the bracelet I was interested in. I ran down and now I’m very proud of my conquest. Thank you so very much Cody, you are a quality salesperson. I will do business with you again. You know my tastes so keep me in mind if you run across more of what I’m looking for. Great store. clean & welcoming.

I love this store! I went to buy 1 necklace and couldn’t walk away without a second one. They lines they carry are designers who create the pieces. The customer service was exceptional. I can’t remember the last time I’ve experienced this level of service. They were even engaging my 8 yr old. I will
be back soon!

Store52 is a unique store. They offer a quality brand of jewelry without all the stuffiness of regular jewelers. The friendly and helpful staff have helped me find unique and fun pieces of jewelry for my wife and daughter.

For my first time walking into a high end jewelry store, I don't think my first experience could have gone any better. Everyone at Store52 is knowledgeable and willing to help!

Jason was especially helpful and was willing to answer all my questions about the time pieces they had on display.

On Thursday 4/7 I stopped in Store52 trying to find gifts for my mom and my mother in law to give them at my wedding while we’re getting ready. I was greeted by Jason and he was SO helpful. Another associate named Sue (also so helpful) heard us talking and gave me the idea of doing “mother’s rings”. From there Jason and I created two stunning mother’s rings and I am so incredibly grateful for his help! Less than 24 hours later from the time I went into the store both rings have been designed and ordered! Thank you Jason!!
