Really relaxed atmosphere and great service, its movie theater food so... you get no suprises there. Its passable. Overall the relaxed atmosphere is the win here!!! Comfortable seating and not overly crowded theaters

Excellent experience. Comfortable seats, helpful staff. I didn't get to try any of the food but I saw several plates brought into the theater and they smelled heavenly. Would definitely recommend for a nice date.

Great experience, Justin was awesome he gave my daughter the most beautiful balloons there and the nachos were yummy and movie Paw patrol we both enjoyed. Came back to write more ..did I mention we got the entire theater to ourselves me and my 3 year old no noise just us I loved it lol

There's nothing not to like about this place. It's the only theater I know that brings your food and drink to you. Staff are friendly. Chairs work. Bathrooms are clean. We always recommend for our friends and family to go here.

Awesome place to go to. Super professional and the bartender is phenomenal and super friendly. The food was amazing and cost efficient. If you haven’t gone here you should !!

Amazing theater, the chairs are comfortable, and everything works. The food is tasty and reasonably priced plus the waiters are excellent at not being a distraction during the movies.

Nice, place, to eat, drink, and a movie, you can't go wrong, I liked the waitress that took my, order, on Xmas day, she was very accommodating, u couldn't ask, for a better waitress, She's a Rockstar in my book. I liked, the way she was wearing her hair, decorated in silver garland, nice look.

The absolute best experience I can ask for . Very luxurious theater , spacious clean and super nice. The seats are SUPER comfortable (I took a-little nap lol) Margarita & her manager gave us Amazing customer service… I will definitely come back! Thanks guys!!

It's been a while since we were at this movie theater.
Wow it's just awesome ! Seats are comfy,plenty of room and you get food service yes you order food ,drinks they bring it to you. How cool is that?

So our little guy was like I wanna go see Five Nights at Freddy’s this weekend and I don’t want just any regular theater, he says I want a fancy one 😂 so we decided on West Hartford ‘s Cinépolis! Not bc we’re from the area but bc it’s super fancy and super comfortable and also extremely clean. The customer service is so Amazing. The menu is Awesome! I had an Asian bowl no protein with a jalapeño margarita. He said he liked his kids chicken strips and fries. Oh and btw it’s nice and warm in there. The temperature was not like outside weather on a fall evening. It was very comfortable N relaxing!

If we could have given even more stars we would have..great experience. SOOOOO much moire than we expected. The facility and the staff went above and beyond. Food was great. Service for wood and refills at the press of a button! EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!!!!!

Recently tried having dinner here during a movie and it was delicious. The Asian Bowl is packed with flavor, huge serving size.

My son and I had an amazing time! We ordered pizza, poke bowl and popcorn. Everything was delicious, but they forgot to add rice to my poke bowl. ))) Place is clean and staff is very friendly.

Unlimited popcorn and other good food. Half price Tuesdays!

Very comfortable seats and overall great viewing experience. We didn’t utilize the in seat service but others around us did. It’s a little distracting but no way to avoid it! Clean restrooms and friendly staff.

The location alone of the cinemas is worth the visit, surrounded with cool places, diversity and unique vibe. Atmosphere definitely professional conduct by staff and prompt service. First time going and staff was able to efficiently explain how ordering food works, being billed and provide recommendations of most popular selections people order. I was impressed with the patience of staff, especially with the multiple orders and changing of mind presented by a mother and children ordering.

Great movie theater never crowded. Love how they serve you food and drinks the whole movie. Pretty cool you can get refills on your popcorn without leaving your seat. Score.
I wish people wouldn't walk around so much. Otherwise all is awesome.

Nice clean setup. Food was good, I had the chicken tacos with tots. Comfortable seats and service just a button push away. Staff was friendly. Fun experience.
Definitely not something I would do often because it can be pricey. Movie for two plus food and drinks was around $100. All depends on what you order.
