Ordered delivery and it arrived hot and quick! The food was exactly what I was wanting and cooked just right. The BBQ spare ribs were quite tasty and the egg drop soup was also great the next day. I'll definitely order again.

I ordered the Combination plate with General Tsao's Chicken it came with pork fried rice and an egg roll. It was amazing and very tasty. We will definitely be ordering from them again!

Great Chinese food. They definitely improved from last year. The food is fresh and great portions. The customer service is 5 stars. I was greeted with a bright smile when I picked up my food and was asked if I need any sauces to go next to my meal. I will definitely go back every week. Fast convenient affordable and most important delicious!!!!

First time getting take out, so happy. Every dish I got was much better than any Chinese food I’ve had within my 20 mile radius! I was especially happy with the crab Rangoon’s, the size of the breading wasn’t overwhelming, the quantity, and quality of everything was to my satisfaction. I also got the pork steam dumplings, fantail shrimp( great crunchy breading not doughy) and the pork lo mein was just superb. My spouse got the general Tsos and was just as pleased and his interaction was very sweet. The women actually called to let us know when our food was done and ready :)

Excellent restaurant and great quality food. We came by to do a delivery and the nice family there hooked us up with some tasty fresh general tso. Chicken was moist, breading was crispy. Onions in the fried rice were fresh crispy and flavorful. Awesome staff. If I'm in the area again I'll definitely support.

I've moved to Barkhamsted recently. I usually by my Chinese food from Winsted Connecticut China Star. I grew up in that town and it's the only one I ever known. I still think it's the best.

You hear all the time of the owners are very nice people and the food's always good

The boneless spare ribs here are my favorite. Tender, medallion shaped pieces, as opposed to the fatty strips all of the other Chinese food restaurants in winsted and torrington serve.
