So fun and delicious! Our favorite boba place by far and worth the drive. I got the Thai tea because it's got some sweetness and husband got the coffee one which is not very sweet at all. Chewy yummy tapioca bubbles.

I've had bubble tea in Amherst (MA), NYC, New Haven(CT), Pittsburgh, San Francisco, Berkeley (CA)... This place honestly is my favorite out of all of them (Berkeley had one with sea salt + cream but it was a special).
The bubbles are not soggy bread (if you're unfortunate, you know what I mean) nor are they tough on inside. They are good chewy and bounce back when squished. The tea too!! Their honey milk tea is so good it made me cry in the car first time and I had to call a friend to tell her how good it was. The Lemon Green Tea yakult is a nice sourish lemonade like taste and super good.
The staff are SUPER chill/friendly and casual. Environment is clean and welcoming. Even when there's a lot of people, the shop still is very relaxed and pleasant.

No frills boba shop with a good variety of options. Got their Yakut green tea and I’m hooked. Will definitely be back.

Excellent Bubble Tea. The classic pearl milk tea comes with a nice portion of tapioca pearls. The place is extremely busy and they crank out the teas very quickly. Finding parking takes a lot longer.

Really enjoyed the brown sugar milk tea! The tapioca is perfectly cooked (?)! Strawberry milk tea was also good, not too sweet compared to the brown sugar milk tea. I like the location of this bubble tea place and their bubble teas are good. You should give it a try!

This place has been my favorite boba place for years and continues to have the best quality and most natural flavor out of all the boba places I've had Boba from! Keep it up!

What a lovely experience I had here today. i was welcomed by a very helpful barista who asked if it was my first time (it was). She then walked me through how to order, what some of the most popular flavors were and all the options I could get with each.
I ordered the Fresh Taro .. it was amazing. Such a wonderful flavor and smoothy-like texture.
The ONLY downside was, being lactose intolerant.. the lactose-free milk they use didn't agree with me. I hope they might consider an option with soy/oat in the future.

Best boba teas in west Hartford. Don’t waste your time in the other places, this is the real deal

One of the few boba places in the area which serves up delicious drinks at great pricing. Plentiful amounts of street parking out front and free parking in the community nearby which is a short walk nearby. Boba was pretty good although they advertise mini boba but don't actually carry it. Service is super quick and although there was only a small amount of seating, we were still able to find space for 3 people without a problem. All of their teas taste freshly brewed and the milk is very creamy.

A lot of bubble tea options and really friendly service. Nice and refreshing after walking around shopping! A small is around $3.50-$4.00 so on par with what I expected.

I had the passion green tea (I think that's what it was called) with bubbles. It was so good--not too sweet, which I really appreciate. Definitely going back!

One of my favorite spots in W. Hartford Center! The tea is to die for. Customer service is amazing. Definitely a must have when visiting West Hartford.

I love this place! It’s become my new go-to when I need a boba tea. Staff is friendly, prices are competitive, and they do the cool cup-sealing thing that prevents spills.

All drinks are lactose free, but no vegan options. You can customize the sweetness of your tea, which is a nice perk.

First time visiting Tea Break with my wife and mother-in-law since they have been wanting to try the infamous bubble (boba) tea. I, personally, am not a tea-drinker and I was skeptical. I ordered the Mango Milk Tea and was hooked after the first sip! Amazing flavor! My wife and her mother each had the Classic Pearl Milk Tea (Red/Green) and LOVED it!!! The boba really added a new dimension to this beverage and were quite flavorful! We will definitely be back!

Probably the first bubble tea place in this blue back west Hartford area, before all the other ones flooded in this past year (kung fu, gong cha etc). This is where I have gone and never been disappointed! It’s a great stop when strolling around blue back, while shopping around on a sunny day. I usually get original milk tea with bubbles or grass jelly, low sugar, low ice. But they got so many options and lots of yummy drinks to choose from!

I’ve been a long time costumer here at this location and they have never failed to give the best customer service along with delicious drinks! It’s a perfect end to a long day at work(: So grateful for this spot

Always great, they knew my order within a few visits. Make sure you shake your milk teas a bit after you get it - some of the powder mix tends to sink to the bottom. Best tea place in town.

If I were to get a decent inheritance I would leave this shop some. But your website says open at noon and the door sign says open at 10. I was on a time crunch and waited outside your shop for a half hour and then at 11 I had to go to another tea shop and it just wasn't the same. The other was consistent with time and I appreciate that, but it was like a "7". just because you're a "10" doesn't mean you act crazy and okay with my time. Like with my exes I'll give you another chance and hope you change your ways. I love you but I don't like you right now, as I am drinking some wannabe orange yogurt tea in my car in the pouring rain.

FYI Masks are still required here and there is no seating. Hopefully that changes soon. But this place is my all time favorite boba place. They blend it with ice cream, and if they mess up they fix your drink. I've tried many combos and they're all decent to great.
