We had an excellent experience working with Erica Caserta and Showcase Kitchens. It was a new build and we did the kitchen and 4 bathrooms. Erica is fun, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. Her ideas and the selections available are fantastic for style, quality and value for the money. She is really focused on ensuring that you are thrilled with the result - we had chosen a kitchen sink and several weeks later Erica contacted me with the idea of changing to a similar sink with a couple of different style points that she thought would make it work even better. We took her suggestion and are thrilled with the result - she was right. She really goes the extra mile to ensure that you are happy. It was also super easy to work with Showcase Kitchens - the terms, contracts, payments, etc. are straightforward and reasonable. I would recommend to everyone. Not sure if we will be doing this type of work again, but, if we do, our first call will be to Erica and Showcase Kitchens.

Erica and Showcase Kitchens did an incredible job renovating our kitchen and adding a built-in wet bar. From start to finish, the process was seamless, and the results exceeded our expectations. Our Showcase Kitchen is probably a pretty modest scale compared to most large family kitchens, but it’s exactly perfect for two empty-nesters who have downsized, who cook a LOT and entertain casually several nights a week.
The project was within the budget we set out and was delivered on time to the day. It’s incredibly efficient and easy to keep clean. The design and colors are elegant in a low key way that fits with the broader interior design plan.
There were a lot of small decisions that on the whole added up to make this an attractive perfect working kitchen and storage for our lifestyle. It’s fantastic, many thanks to Erica and her team!

It has been a year since the completion of the work done for us by Showcase Kitchens. We are pleased to say the place looks as great now as the day it was completed and we continue to be completely pleased with the design, quality of products, and craftsmanship of the work. Vinnie and his crew really maximized our small kitchen. We now have a large amount of storage, great counter space, a bright working area, and beautiful cabinets, countertops, and island. Having never done a kitchen renovation before, Vinnie was excellent at both listening to our needs and concerns and explaining his ideas. Being now much more familiar with what a good kitchen layout looks like, it is surprising to see how poorly some other kitchens are done. We cannot recommend Vinnie and Showcase Kitchens highly enough.

We have done a few projects with Showcase and have been very, very happy. The expertise provided is fantastic. They simplify the options, know the offerings, cover all the little details that other forget, and manage the installation. We would absolutely use Showcase again.

Showcase Kitchens and in particular our designer Erica Caserta, truly brought our kitchen and bathroom dreams to life! It was such a pleasure working with Erica from start to finish. From the minute she stepped into our home, she had a vision and great recommendations. We could not be happier with the final product! Her ideas and style are things that everyone needs for their renovation projects, they just don’t know it yet. Not only is Erica extremely knowledgeable and professional, but she is also super warm and personable. She made us feel special and always had time for a call or chat about the project. We can’t wait to work with Showcase kitchens again and would rate them 6 stars if we could. They say you get what you pay for, but we feel like we got WAY more!

Erica was incredible! We loved our custom kitchen she designed for us so much that we decided to have her build a bar and a coffee nook to enjoy as well. She is extremely knowledgeable, patient and a pleasure to work with. She was always in touch with us from the early stages of design, to ordering, delivery and installation… she truly became like family!

Erica helped me design the kitchen remodel i envisioned and it turned out fantastic. Her input was instrumental in putting the finer touches on the cabinetry. She was quick to respond to my questions and was always pleasant. I was very pleased.

We had a great experience working with Erica. She is very knowledgeable and offered many great ideas, but she is also a good listener who understood our specific tastes and goals and worked hard to help us find what we needed, even when it was a bit unusual or hard to find.

We had our kitchen completely remodeled using Showcase Kitchens. Erica listened to what I was looking for and designed the perfect kitchen for us. She checked in constantly making sure everything was going well. I am so happy with the final results.

Erica and her associates were an absolute delight to work with, in designing, and implementing a total remodeling of our bedrooms, bathrooms, and full basement. Not only is She always happy to help and advise, but her designs are state of the art.

I can’t thank Showcase Kitchens enough for helping make my kitchen dreams come true! We bought a house built in 1924 and knew that an awesome kitchen was just what it needed to bring it back to life. Erica spent countless hours helping me with the design and creating a space that would be the focal point of the whole house. I can’t tell you how many phone calls were made and how many pictures and ideas were exchanged to get the picture perfect kitchen. She also helped with our guest bathroom renovation and designed us a custom entertainment center. Erica is so good at what she does. She has an eye for design and really makes you feel like she understands the look you’re going for. She is patient and understanding, and so thoughtful with her decisions. She went out of her way to make me feel like my project was a top priority and was never too busy to chat about questions or ideas I had. I have so much respect for her professionalism and talent as a designer. She is a true gem. Doug, Vinny, Liz and Jessica were also just a phone call away when I had any questions. Everyone was so knowledgeable and helpful and really took the time to make our project come out perfect. We are so happy with our beautiful kitchen, entertainment center, and bathroom. We can’t thank each of them enough for all their help. Already looking forward to our next project together.. The master bathroom! Thanks again guys!

I’ve used Erica for multiple home projects throughout the past 18 years. She’s been my go to for everything including kitchen, bathrooms, closet and garage.

Don't know what that guys about, but this place has given a quality expierence to Morgan Contracting for over 15 years.

Erica is amazing to work with

Honest review from a real customer. We were confident starting off with this business then everything fell apart once the project finally began with continuous problems. We were told by the designer during the install to stop telling them issues and that they will deal with it at the end, then never did. Over a year of trying to get the business to finish a job they have said they would finish but have not. Likely because they do not know how to fix something that we have been told is not fixable without another huge remodel.
We are left with cabinetry installation errors, interior cabinets not nailed together, installed defective & warped cabinets, damaged walls, cabinetry around appliances measured too large by designer leaving large gaps, new counters only installed with 5/8 overhang instead of 1.5 industry standard that we paid for, and more.
As their job as a designer is to facilitate acceptable product and monitor the job, the designer only came out to pick up the (3) checks due. Even when we tried to get the designer to fix issues they were notified about early on, the owner instead teamed up with the rep for the cabinetry line to avoid the costs of replacing/fixing the remaining issues and said it ‘meets industry standards’. According to all the other contractors that have come out to help us, it does not.
They forced payment at ‘substantial completion’ and promised to finish the job, sent emails saying they were, then did not.
Due to their avoidance, the many local contractors that have come out have confirmed:
1. Poor quality of cabinets provided by Showcase as the main issue and
2. Installation issues, where most of the cabinetry should not have been installed, or were installed incorrectly.
We are told ‘nothing will make us happy’ as the business’s response, and they have refused trying to get this resolved without legal measures.Will update this review with the outcome as we move along in the process.

Super RUDE Customer Service. I called them to ask for a service.

I was calling to request service to core a 1.25" hole for my existing stone counter top.

The operator said "no. we don't provide such service"

Right before I asked the phone operator if your company know any contractor in area who does such work. The operator hung off.
