Everyone was professional and had a lot of experience. Was a wonderful experience and detail oriented. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. My first visit to Aspen Dental was amazing.

The staff at the Aspen Dental in Torrington CT are by far some of the most professional and nicest people I have ever seen in any medical or dental office. I need a lot of work done and they never made me feel ashamed. I would recommend this office to anyone. I would like to thank the staff there for all their help.

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Dr.Kavita Sharma and her wonderful team they all made me feel so welcome the level of support and caring that I received from them all was amazing.I know what I needed to get done was a long process but Dr.Kavita Sharma and Alex.R was right by my side the whole time, they kept me informed throughout the whole process and made sure I was comfortable, relaxed as well and as of the payment Saydee and Keisha took wonderful care of calling Both of my insurance so I would not have to worry about that particular part of the process. I would definitely recommend this place and wish I could give them more stars. I hope this helps with anyone who’s looking for a dentist.

Everyone in the office was so friendly and professional. I needed a broken implant denture as quickly as possible and Dr Sharma worked long and hard to make certain that I had it as quickly as possible. They are a wonderful team, from Dr Sharma, to the office manager, to the dental assistants to the receptionist and the lab tech.I couldn't have been taken care of any better!

The hygienist and dentist made me feel so comfortable and not judged. I was worried about being judged but instead they encouraged me and gave me hope. I regret waiting so long. I'm so happy I'm going here now.

Going to Aspen in Torrington is like going to a private boutique. No part of it feels like a group practice. The dentists, assistants, hygienist, and admin team are kind, warm, caring and really make me feel part of the family.

I interacted with five (5) employees of Aspen Dental today. All were consistently professional; knowledgeable of their duties; and extremely competent. I would highly recommend their services. These are compassionate people who love what they do.

I have to admit I was spoiled at my old dentist's office in CT. After I moved to NY, I put off going to the dentist because I missed my old dentist and the staff. But after 3 years, I am very happy with my visit to the Aspen Dental Office/Staff in Vestal NY. The staff was professional, well-versed in their professions, and very kind. I got a quick appointment and was kept apprised of every procedure and the costs. I plan to return again and again - the level of service was excellent.

This is the best dentist office I have ever been too. So far they’re phenomenal and I hope I keep having good experiences here because dentist visits can be nerve wracking and this place puts me at ease which I really value. Everyone was extremely friendly and nice which always makes a huge difference. I would recommend this place over any of the other dentist offices in the area.

My first time at Aspen Dental in Torrington and everything went smoothly. I was a bit nervous but they assured me everything will be fine. Next week I get my wisdom teeth out so we will see how that goes. I am nervous about that.
