Absolutely wonderful ownership. We shared our history and life together and had a genuine conversation. Aside from the great customer service; the pizzas were amazing. I should say and mention that i was raised in an Italian family owned pizza bakery and my expectations are very high for pizza…with that in mind, the pizza craftsmanship was as good as I could have desired and even beyond.

Simply the BEST Pizza in Northwest Connecticut. Live in Seattle now, grew up in Torrington. When in New England stopping for a Pizza, Greek Salad and a pitcher of beer is always a highlight of our travels. True East Coast Pizza!

ABC Pizza is by far one of the best pizza places in Winsted. Their Buffalo Chicken Pizza is AMAZING and outbeats any place I've had. It's a must to get a Greek salad alongside any of their pies. The best local place around! I highly recommend this for take-out strictly.

Greek salads are amazing!!! Even the small is enough to feed 2... once again stuffed just finished 1/4 of a serving of meatballs and spaghetti...

Stumbled upon this restaurant while visiting St Joseph Church next door. The outdoor seating caught my attention and inside it was casual and smelled delicious. I ordered the meat lover's deep dish and it had lots of cheese and meat. Crust was soft. Lots of flavor and delicious.

A well-known pizza place to the locals and for good reason, especially on Mondays when almost everything else is closed in town! I was always told by my family about here, so I finally gave it the college try and opted to dine in!

The wait was not long, and for only a few staff members on site the restaurant was rather efficient; Guests & staff were happy and cheerful! The food, in my case their Vegetarian Pizza, was especially delicious and priced very fairly in my opinion. The waitress there was polite, courteous, and even resolved an error on my tab!

Overall, it's a great place for good, inexpensive food! Takeout is an option if you are in a hurry!

It's not everyday you make a mistake on your own order and the owner does what he can to make it right even though it was your mistake! I made a mistake on a grinder this evening and went back and the owner was more than willing to make it differently for me! Long time customers just became even longer! Thank you ABC!!

A pizza place with a few booths. Had a lunch special of salad and 2 slices pizza for 7.95. A great deal. Salad was large and pizza delicious![

My father has been coming here since he was 19. We were born and raised in Winsted and so many of our family memories have to do with ABC. We don’t live in Winsted anymore but when we come back to visit family we always need to get food here. We did today and it’s always so good! Same great taste. The pizza and grinders you just can’t find anywhere else. Always delicious! It will be an extremely sad day if they ever close or change their recipes. I hope this never happens! Thank you ABC for being a part of our family.

Have had take out from there 3 times now since moving to the area in April. Grinders and Pizza. All delicious. Had their lunch special too with the salad. Loved the salad. Also their service was very good.

It's been 17 years since I went there and the food is still as good as when I was a kid. Do yourself a favor and get a Greek salad to die for I swear and the best grinders I've ever had. I live in NY went past here and bring some home today .... absolutely the best

We've been going here off and on for decades. Pizzas here are always excellent, very traditional style, nothing fancy or artsy. The pasta and lasagnas have been very good, and the chicken parm is very good. We've always had good service here. The restaurant isn't super trendy or super clean, but it's a typical local pizza joint. Pricing is very reasonable for what you get.

I used to live in Winchester, CT many years ago. My parents and I went to eat here once a week. This is the best pizza I have had in my entire life. The Greek salad is so delicious and the grinders are awesome too. I miss coming to eat here, but if I am ever in the area I will definitely drop in. The very highest recommendation!!!

This food is amazing. You can tell they are true Italians and have overseas knowledge of how to properly make a pizza. I ordered the stromboli this past week, and all I can say is it is not for those who are lactose intolerant... the cheese is just endless and it could feed at least 2 people, maybe 3. Its clean enough to get my basic sanitation stamp, not surgical clean but good enough. The bathroom was as well. And the wait staff is super nice. It's tough to cover all the necessary areas needed to run a 5 star restaurant but this place has done it. I will definitely return.

The best pizza I ever had

The meat lovers pizza is phenomenal! Small salad was more than enough for 2 people. And the salad was just right, with meats, and cheeses. Staff was friendly and pleasant. We will return when we are in the area.

I love their salads, the vibes when you dine in and the sweet waitresses. They are very polite and want to help you have a good meal so when you have a different order than the usual they listen and don't mind doing what you'd like. I always have a good time here and their food has not disappointed me yet only surprised me :) best pizza and salads I swear lol
