Gary saved my home. My husband can fix a lot of things but clearly plumbing isn’t one of them. He stripped the thread and the pipe behind the toilet and even tho the main water line was off to the house it was profusely leaking about a cup coffee amount per 30 seconds. I couldn’t get any 24 hour service to answer their phone. Even a very well known 24 hour plumbing service wasn’t available this particular evening. It was 4am and I was frantically calling every emergency plumber in the area. Gary isn’t even a 24 hour plumber or at least he doesn’t advertise as such I almost didn’t call bc of that. Thank GOD AND MY ANGELS I did. I was in tears at this point, I had just moved into the house my stuff still in boxes and the water just kept coming. he felt so bad from the distress in my voice on his voicemail that he actually came to help me out. He was very reasonable in priced and very thorough as well as in and out quickly. Gary you were my Angel tonight. I will certainly be contacting him for all of my plumbing needs from now on.

Gary, the owner, called us back himself within 10 minutes. The communication was great. The job was completed the same day in a very timely fashion. He was very knowledgeable and professional and we would not hesitate at all to use him again. His rates were very fair too!

Pipes froze and burst. Texted him on a very busy Sunday, 4 hours later he showed up, replaced the pipe. And just like that its good as new. He is also great at keeping you updated about his ETA. Highly recommended.

Gary is the best. It was me and my wife’s first time buying a house and boy did we have a lot of questions. He was so helpful. Got all our waterlines, radiator lines and gas lines tested. So happy we went with him. Great guy!

Hot water heater went after 11 years. Called Gary and he was over within 30 minutes.He had the new heater installed and replaced a valve in a very short time. Great guy and good prices. Will recommend him to others.

When my garbage disposal started leaking water all over the kitchen two days before hosting Christmas dinner I thought I was doomed. Fortunately, I found Mac Donald Plumbing. Gary arrived at my house the same morning I called. He was professional and pleasant. He fixed the leak and unclogged an upstairs bathroom sink as well, all for a very reasonable rate. I definitely will be calling him for any future plumbing needs!

Awesome Company!! No hassles or problems and surprises. The installed a brand new power flush toilet as well as replaced several frozen pipe valves in the basement. They came over when I was sleeping - did the job and the price was what they promised.

My experience was absolutely excellent, I would recommend Mac Donald & Co Plumbing everytime.

At first, seemed like an honest local guy, his price was reasonable. After 70-80% of the work was done, an accident happened and I had substantial water damage to my property. After that, Gary just vanished and never answered my phone calls.
After 2 weeks he returned on the job, did the bare minimum and never looked back.

Came to fix a shower drain leak. Upon inspection, he said it could be fixed. Gary charged me over $200 for labor and left the problem worse than it was. He came back, tried taping some plastic to the drain, and said he couldn't do anything further if the leak persisted. The leak was never fixed and was left way worse. I do not recommend.

Never returned call.
