Yesterday, I came in to get my dad some birthday gifts. Being a huge Hawks fan, I know Kohls is the best place to go. All of the men’s team apparel had sale signage above it stating items were $5-$21 which is a great deal. I purchased 3 items from the displays marked. After checking out, I noticed my items didn’t ring up the sale price. I asked the cashier about it and she called over a man who basically blew me off and said “we sell it for what it rings up as.” I was in a hurry, so I called the men’s department a little later and the girl working verified the signage was posted, but that they weren’t actually on sale. She seemed like she wasn’t sure how to proceed, so I called customer service to see if I could get a refund. They said I can go in the store and have someone speak to them on my behalf to discuss return options. When I went in today, I was greeted by a very kind woman named Barbara (name tag said Dewitt, IA) who I’m assuming was a manager. She was SO KIND! She treated me with so much respect and even gave me a better deal than I was hoping. Fantastic recovery from a very genuine person.

The Kohl's staff here are the most amazing and helpful team of the places we shop. They are always willing to check in back for a size or item showing online that you can't find.
At checkout, they always ask if you're using your Kohl's card and if you have any Kohl's cash and tell you about a coupon code if you didn't know there was one. We love shopping here.

Came to Waterloo for temporary work. Decided I needed a suit (or similar) to attend Sunday church with a friend who invited me. Went to Kohls and easily found everything I needed. The staff was friendly and helpful. One of the associates, Debbie , was kind enough to help me obtain a discount by signing up for KOHLS credit. I am grateful to have saved a substantial amount. I may return just to say hi to the friendly staff!

I always enjoy shopping at Kohl’s. There are lots of different clothing items to choose from. I think you can find clothes for just about anyone’s style! We were able to find a shirt in the big and tall section and were happy they had the size he was looking for. The cashier was very friendly and gave us the 20% discount prior to me even saying that I had the coupon, which I thought was very nice and helpful! We were able to save $4 total, which adds up in the long run! I will definitely be returning back to Kohl’s and my partner agrees!

Be sure and visit the cosmetic area when shopping at the Cedar Falls Kohls. I was helped by the department manager. She is amazing and took her time with me to find the right foundation. I definitely will be back and hope she will be working!

I’ve always been a fan of kohls. The store can get a bit messy, but that’s to be as expected since I’ve witnessed people just throw a stack of clothes to get to a larger size. Most of the staff are friendly and knowledgeable about what’s in the store and where to find things. I’ve never had an issue with trying to use kohls cash or coupons there. I can really tell that the store manager, Barb, tries to go above and beyond for customers.

We had the best retail customer service in a long time when the clerk, Olyvia, went above/beyond for us to utilize our Kohl's discounts. She was definitely a customer's clerk. Shout out to Olyvia!!!

I went to Kohl’s During the week, not weekend and Not as busy, so was easier to shop and most importantly to check out. I had Carla as my checkout person and thoroughly liked her. I hope she is there the next time I go to Kohls

I gave 5 stars but I'm very disappointed that no one in the shoe dept offered to assist me while looking for shoes for my son. It was a lady right there and she never looked my way. Thanks for nothing

It had been awhile since I had been in this store. I believe that the store moved a few items around but I could be mistaken. As usual the store was clean, employees at checkout were friendly and another usual Barb the manager was there. 😊 I believe that Barbara does a great job keeping this store running smoothly! I believe that Barbara deserves a call out! Even when the store had help wanted signs ( I'm assuming short staffed like everyone else) I had no issues finding what I needed or checking out. Thank you Barb!
