Absolute sh*** show........... went in for an eyebrow wax and the girl who did my eyebrows looked to be about 14 years old. I asked to have them cleaned and shaped and she cut them so short I’m missing half of my right eyebrow. DO NOT GO HERE. WASTE of MONEY!

I've been going to Diva's since she was at crossroads mall and she had always been friendly and professional! I've never left the chair unsatisfied. I highly recommend her!

Awful customer service!!! She does OKAY (at best) on eyebrows, there are always loose hairs that I have to touch up myself afterwards. I called to book an appt and she said she wouldn’t be in the shop for a few more days and when she was in the shop is from 3pm-5pm, terrible hours. So unprofessional and rude. I have been putting this bad review off for years now because I don’t want to hurt someone’s business but she has no business treating customers the way she does. Please save yourself and go get yourself threaded in Waterloo. They are much more considerate and have better appointment times.

A few days ago I made an appointment, clarifying that should would be at her store so I could get my eyebrows done. Today I showed up for my previously scheduled appointment and there was no one in sight. when I called her to see if she was coming she said that she had gone home for the day. This has occurred twice now with me setting up and showing up to my appointment and her not being there. This is terrible and unacceptable service. If you are looking to get your eyebrows threaded I would suggest Perfect Ibrowz.

COMPLETELY DEVESTATED!!!!!!!

Going to Vegas for the first time to a convention involving Celebrities and Professional Athletes, so I thought Id finally have the stray hairs surrounding my eyebrows removed. This lady told me to sit down and went to work. NO CONSULT!!! She took off half of my already sparse eyebrows!!! Beyond devestated and thinking about not even going to this convention now!!! NEVER GO TO HER!! If I could find a way to sue this woman, I would do it in a heartbeat!!

Does not have any hours posted at her store. Called her after showing up multiple times and no one being there and she was very rude. Poor customer service, will take my business elsewhere.

I’ve gone twice and it was closed both times. Hours state differently. Doesn’t answer phone calls and texts back saying “what’s up”. Very unhappy will be finding somewhere else to go.

Poor customer service she told me once she won't do them unless I come in within 15 minutes when I canned to schedule an appointment for an 5:00 and it was 3:30
