On a road trip from Ga. to Iowa and my brakes started scrubbing. Read the reviews for different shops and Hermsen Auto stood out. I called at 9am and asked if he could do a brake job, he said he would squeeze me in. That was important to me because I was supposed to leave that day. He had my brakes repaired and oil changed by 3pm and I was omw. Thank you Hermsen for timely service at a fair price. Wished you were in Ga.

I’ve had Al help with me several vehicles off and on for over the last 10 years. Have been out of the area for the last 4 years. Today I had an issue with my exhaust and sent Al a text asking if he wouldn’t mind taking a look. Drove to Tipton and not only did he confirm what the issue was, he squeezed me in and fixed the problem on the spot. Customer service is top notch. Will continue to call Al for any needs I have when I’m in the area.

Hermsen is friendly and professional. When our car started making a weird noise in the middle of our road trip, he helped us diagnose the problem and did a thorough check to ensure we would have a safe drive.

Hermsen truly goes above and beyond to help the customer. He has gone so far as to come to my house, pick up a wheel, take it back to his shop and replace the tire and brought it back and put it back on my truck. Now that is service and that's the reason I won't take my vehicles anywhere else.
