Beautiful place. The cave is for experienced climbers/ spelunker's. Parking is under construction and signage is going in to help visitors find the cave. However there is no maintenance to the road getting there. You May ruin your vehicle and get harassed about why you have come. Caution for crazy old ladies in red Houses.

I was born and raised on that land my grandfather sold the property to the state of Vermont I'm very disappointed with how the state manages this property they should be ashamed to call it a state park it's field's and vast hardwood prime hunting that gets disrespect from college students and idiots shame on you vermont

CAUTION I would not enter the cave. The cave has two drops immediately upon entering, totaling almost 60 ft of VERTICAL, SHEER DROPS. The cave fills with water in the winter and the rocks are wet. These sheer drops must be traversed to enter the rest of the cave. A caver attempted to climb these drops without safety equipment, and fell, severely injuring himself.

So I can't really rate it because I couldn't go in it. This cavern is for professional cave divers. The neighbor said there is a 5 foot opening in the ground and you need rope and gear to get into it.

There's no way to get to it, and it's surrounded by scenes from Deliverance.
