Dog Team Falls

Lovely, shallow river. The bed is almost completely rocky. It's a very peaceful spot. Parking area is on the west side of Dog Team Road, adjacent to a private home with a split rail fence. Please don't park on the private property. You'll see a narrow opening in the brush that is the beginning of a footpath. It's a short walk to the water. There are swimming holes a bit further down the path.

It looks like it would be lovely back in there by the water but we can’t seem to find a way in between all the private property! If you know how it’d be great if you can tell us how in your review! Many thanks for sharing what you know!

EDIT: We did find our way in by following footprints in the snow that led directly in from where cars are allowed to park. Duh. It was a great little trek for us and our dog - kinda slippery in parts over the huge glacier-looking sheets of ice! We’ll be back!

This is one lovely slice of earth. Beautiful place to enjoy the clear and clean waters. Be respectful of the land owners and stay off their land.

Dog team use to be a restaurant and the owner would let you park in his parking lot now you cant go to the dirt patch and walk in it's a beautiful place we locals call it secret beach I love that place
