I have been here for the past two cars I’ve owned. Their staff has always been fantastic, Matt and Krystal are extremely helpful and got my car in extremely quickly. They were very transparent about what needed to be done and worked to get the most affordable price possible.

The folks at this Midas location are fantastic. We had a near emergency situation and they managed to get us in without disrupting their scheduled appointments. They made us feel like valued customers and performed fantastic work. They’ve gained us as new repeat customers.

Had an exhaust issue unexpectedly happen so I stopped in the next morning without an appointment to see if they could look at it to schedule a repair. Zach had a full day scheduled but had it looked at within 15 minutes and did the repair all within an hour. Great customer service and job well done!

Great experience! Oil change and tire rotation went smoothly. Crystal was great at explaining everything to me and I really appreciated that. Just moved here and I'll stick with these guys for sure.

Crystal: Really great experience coming to the Midas in Cedar Falls, IA. In today’s age where customer service seems to be lost, the customer service that Crystals displayed was exceptional! I will come back any day.

Crystal got me checked in immediately for an oil change and tire rotation. I enjoyed a cup of coffee and tv while I was waiting. Had me finished up and back on the road in 30 min.
