Wendy's

Moved here from Ca for almost two years and I have gained almost 20 lbs so a double cheeseburger without buns has been my go to lately. Decided to order at this location for the first time. I’ve tried this menu where else and it never came out like this. The staff made it so perfect!!!! Thank you so much. Will be back again!

This Wendy’s needs an update. Desperately. However, the workers were extremely pleasant and efficient, and my food was good. The “bonus” of this visit was that I left my purse there. We were almost 2 hours away when I realized my mistake. I called and they assured me my purse was in the manager’s office. When I arranged for my daughter to pick it up, they were sympathetic and quick to deliver it to her. Everything was intact, down to the last cent. Thank you to the workers on Sunday morning 11-12-23. You were great!

Did they hire Chick Fil A people?! These guys were super fast and food was great! I was genuinely surprised how fast and great the service was! Copy and paste to other Wendy’s!!

One lady working there is great when it comes to service she needs 2 days off a week she's always there when I go through drive through keep up the good work

Much improved service since our last visit. Manager Lakrecia was training a new employee; very patient with him and doing an excellent job showing him the ropes. Very good service.

It was a good Wendy's. I picked something up for breakfast each morning on the way to work while I was in the Des Moines area. It would be better if they opened earlier than 6:30, but they did open on time each morning I visited which is not the case at a lot of places anymore.

I was a little suspicious when I first went in, most of the staff was sitting around the dining room and no customers, they were very loud and laughing with each other, but the food was great!

Recently stopped here for some nourishment and it was wonderful service. The cashier Kasey U was super friendly, a 10 out of 10 human being. The food was ready quickly and it was super delicious! Would definitely come back.

Great food, my spicy chicken was prepared fresh after I ordered, nice and hot, made with care. Seriously I told the guy making it afterwards how he took special attention to detail with adding pickles instead of just dumping them on there. It's the little things for me! 😄

I have been frequenting this wendy's in the mornings, lately. I must say the breakfast baconator is very tasty! The morning crew is always nice and friendly; even when I sit in their drive through for 20 minutes before they open. The food is always hot and fresh; even after the short drive home. I'll be coming back alot more for sure!

They were slow but the order was accurate. The burgers were very dry. Have never had a dry burger from Wendy's ever...

This is worth 5 stars. I’ve never had a bad experience here, my food is ALWAYS HOT. mostly quick service, mostly clean. Great prices for value of food! I would recommend this Wendy’s to anyone!

It's clean and they are friendly
I don't know any one that works there but the lady work the mic in the drive thur was awesome so nice and fast as friendly and patient with me because made a mistake where's my card and then forgot to cash out and put money on my card so I had to stop and do that so it took a minute but she was very patient and understanding I think she should deserve a raise she's an awesome cashier or she would make great management just saying 😊

Food was great. And the staff is really nice to my dog.

This is the best Wendy's in the Des Moines area. They have the most thick "Frostys" and the best customer service. I was given an extra Frosty, by the kind woman at the drive-through, who felt bad that my family and I had to wait a few minutes for the food.

I've been here a few times and got fresh food each time. Being close to the interstate it gets some traffic, and is open when some of the others are closed. Use the app and save some money.

It’s a pretty good fast food restaurant. Wendy’s seem to have better employees and speed than other fast food chains I’ve visited. Also cheaper prices and better food. Basically I’m a big Wendy’s fan, I think it’s great and I think this location is great.
