Columbia Square Townhome Apartments

They have really cleaned this place up. Created a nice environment for women trying to get on their feet and regain custody of their children. Excellent day care and after school programs for working mom's.

I have been living here for a year and I gotta say they are the nicest people ever. They do maintenance really well and pest control is great to have. I highly recommend this!

They are beautiful apt's.They have. A awsome management team.

Anyone can apply, for people who have limited income, goes by your income. You go apply on your lunch break, Monday through Friday they do take an hour lunch break.
The apartments are renovated and not crime ridden like it used to be!
Safe for families now, they have very few 1 bedrooms, but also have 2 and 3 bedrooms, playground, on bus route, central location.
Very nice office employees who make you feel great and at ease. They really want to help you get back on your feet.
The wait list is kinda long but frankly they work through it very quickly. So doesn't seem long at all.

Update 03/18/2024 so Gina no longer works here apparently as of a month ago. She is reading my review and now harassing me on Facebook messenger claiming that all the damage her and her boyfriend Johnny did to my apartment making them fail city inspection is my fault. Gina is a child .
I gave them 1 star because I have to. This place was alright when I moved in over 3 years ago but over the last 2 years we've had a revolving door of managers. We went almost a year with no landscapers and 8 months with no maintenance personnel. Now we have Gina back and the place has really gone down hill. They cut a hole in my bathroom wall August 2023 to work on my neighbors plumbing and just sent 5 guys to patch it February 2024 and all the while the black mold was escaping from the hole. I also reported my Co detector was broken last August and it was replaced in the wrong location of my apartment same day the hole was "patched". I would think that after their negligence resulting in the death of 2 little girls would get them to do things to keep our apartments safe. Bottom line being homeless would be better than living in Columbia Square appartments

We got this new management in Bonnie which is no better than the rest of the ones that we had here. she's rude don't like to give out information that's pertaining to yourself. they never answer the phone and can be sitting right there at the desk. I've been trying to get in touch with corporate for 3 months now pertaining to something very important that I need, but she keeps telling me she has to get in touch with them over 3 months now you should have been in touch with them by now it's just crazy. The grass is growing up over my door . The number they giving out to corporate doesn't work. So I'm just not pleased with them at all they could have kept Brittany for that matter.

Maintenance does not get done. You can make a request for repairs however you're likely to get ignored. So if living somewhere with proper and prompt maintenance is important to you then you'll probably want to look elsewhere.

They are never opened and have been taking almost a year to move anybody in I heard it was a bad place to try to move you will end up homeless waiting on them

I wouldn’t recommend getting an apartment with them !
