I had the pleasure of visiting this H&M location on black Friday after losing a considerable amount of weight and simply needing new work clothes to function at my jobs. And while maybe I can find the same clothes for similar prices just about anywhere, the service is what sets this store apart, by far!!

Leilani was quick to greet not only myself but other shoppers entering the store as she was also multitasking replenishing and maintaining the floor. She asked if I needed assistance in finding any particular item, and since I was there for uniforms, I let her know what I was looking for. She gave me a couple of options and as I was exiting the fitting rooms, she had found some more!! The thoughtfulness almost took me aback in the most pleasant way possible. It is evident Leilani has not only a strong work ethic, but the irreplaceable soft skill of reading between the lines in guest services, giving her the ability to easily go above and beyond.

We all know that what black Friday was in decades past has mostly gone online these days, but when a semi-considerable line began to form, I did notice the manager on duty (who I later learned was Kia) effortlessly put forth a plan into action to get more staff to register area, while still maintaining a presence on the floor. Not one employee would've given you the impression they were under any pressure, on one of the busiest shopping weekends of the year.

Great prices and great customer service. I do have to point out the fact that some employees put very little effort to dress up appropriately. I witness an employee literally wearing sandals with socks and her hair was so messy. If you’re working in the fashion industry you must look presentable to the public.

Very nice there, and had a hoodie if my favorite singer in my size!

I went today looking for clothes as I've gained a lot of weight recently and wasn't sure if I was a 12, 14, 16 or more. Lex was amazing, giving me fashion tips and checking for bigger sizes for over an hour. Trinity was amazing as well in the fitting room and in the cash register.

Please look for them when you go to this H&M!!!

Friendly staff. Good clothes for the price.

H&M is my “go-to” for T’s and church clothes. However, this review is centered on the outstanding customer service I receive at the Toms River location. In my last three visits, I have had three encounters with an employee named Mason. For whatever reason the Lord continues to put me in his presence. Mason is kind, humble, patient, and an absolute joy to be around while I am doing my shopping. I probably need to take a few notes from this young man. Every time we meet, he goes above and beyond to make sure I get the best prices in addition to ensuring I get all my points added to my account for purchases. Last night he patiently walked me through the process of establishing a permanent member ID on my phone so I don't have to keep downloading the App (Not enough data space atm). I say all this to say, great customer service is a rarity and a high commodity. I hope H&M begins to look into promoting this man soon before another CEO walks into your store and offers him a position. Thank you H&M for time.

Went in this store with my nephew to get him clothes.Lex was extremely friendly and helpful.I wish all employees in retail were like him.

Lex is by far the hardest working individual I have seen. They were accommodating, friendly, funny, kind and knowledgeable. In an industry where it is hard to find staff and keep staff, they are a shinning example of what every company needs to run efficiently. I was honored to be helped by Lex. I don’t shop often and was nervous about finding a dress, and my fears melted away. Thank you. Truly, thank you.

Love H&M. I can bring in my used clothes and get a discount on my purchase. They change floor inventory like every 2 or 3 weeks and I like that.

Went to the store looking for sonething new to wear and feeling a little ovewhelmed, and was helped by the awesome Lex!!!! They helped guide me to styles and designs they thought I may like and were so incredibly kind and helpful!!

Excellent customer service provided by Rob, he was very friendly, professional and helpful, he made a great shopping experience even better. Prices and selection make shopping a wonderful experience, highly recommend shopping in H & M Ocean County Mall. Thank you again Rob for all your help it was so greatly appreciated.
