bought matching shoes with my boyfriend and took a looong time to look. didn’t feel rushed. the associates are super cool and helpful. Dominique (black hair etc) was awesome and gave us advice for buying shoes and whatnot. give her a raise!!!

I bought some shoes and clothing mid/late July for my little brother and had the best experience here! I held off writing a review, mostly because I couldn’t remember the name of the worker helping me (and I threw away the receipt) until my brother just came up to me saying he, “Wanted to go see Morgann *with TWO N’s* again because she was so cool!” (He’s 9, loved her tattoos and became friends!!!) Now that I remember (Shout out 9 year olds), I came back to write my review because they deserve it!!!! Morgann and her team are some of the best people I’ve ever encountered at a Vans. They made me feel so welcome, we’re so genuine and professional even in a pandemic. 10/10 appreciate everything!!! Definitely go here before ever going to Z*miez. I will be back!!!!!

Have been trying to call for 2 days now to reserve a pair of shoes and no one has answered either day. I have to now drive to a farther store because they won’t answer the phone. Extremely frustrated
