This post is to thank Andrea Kupetz for being so kind and professional. For over a year we kept Andrea busy looking for the right second home. My husband and I are from Norwich Vermont. We are lucky enough to have a cabin on a lake 30 minutes from Norwich in NH and were looking for something close enough to spend time skiing in Burke for the winter. During covid flights were difficult and we prefer driving a short distance over flying anyway. The reason I am sharing this info is that..unfortunately when we went to see a property that we were very interested in, we met Andrea outside as usual, and as the seller's realtor saw my new Hampshire plates. ( I kept my new hampshire registration when I moved to vermont because we had property in both states, because it was easier at the time.) I have lived in Vermont for 20 years with my husband.
Andrea assured her that we indeed live in Vermont. Andrea came back to my car and asked about my new hampshire plates. She knew we had a property on a lake but did not know it was in New Hampshire. (not that it mattered, we are and were residents of Vermont). I assured her of my residency. We had known Andrea for some time by then. My husband and Andrea have a skiing connection and I even encountered her at the Norwich post office on her way through town one day.
We went in to see the property and put in an offer. In the meantime, the boyfriend of the owner's daughter? left a scathing review for Andrea because she had brought in an out of stater when the covid rules, at the time, were for in-state only.
The review hurt Andrea's rating which was top notch. It made me feel terrible to have been the reason for this. But I cannot help to mention that we all need to first seek to understand. People are good and kind. Andrea is one of them. She was so incredibly patient, and honest and so on top of everything. She also found us the perfect spot, which we love.

Emma helped me find my home away a few years back and when it was time helped me sell it.
As for finding it, I am a particular person that knows exactly what I wanted. Emma stuck with me, showing me countless houses and diligently learning what I didn't like/liked from each one until she found my perfect home.
When it came time to sell, I knew I was in great hands with Emma and I was right. She quickly got my house on the market with a virtual walk through. Had clients lined up for for showing within days and handled all the paperwork and questions from both sides. Emma almost made it happen too quickly!
