Very helpful. I opened a business line and added two phones and tablets The staff was very helpful and patient through the whole process. Very thorough and explained everything to me so that I understand everything before I left. Very clean inside and staff was knowledgeable about all of their products and explain to everything very well.

Valentina provided terrific customer service. She assisted us with a new phone and watch, recommended adjustments to our plans and was very friendly. Great Job!

I went to the Verizon store in plainfield and they were rude. So I came to Avon and Dalias helped me out she was a pleasure to work with and help me get my phone fixed. I recommended coming to the Avon store

This place is awesome! The knowledge, patience, and professionalism is unmatched with ANY cell phone store I’ve ever been to. I switched over from AT&T and it wasn’t easy with the port on AT&Ts side but working with Anthony made it bearable. He made the phone calls and was super patient and informative and in the end got everything handled for me. I’ve got to give a shout out to Connor as well because he helped with the initial order of my new phone and transferring of my account and his help was appreciated as well. Honestly I don’t understand why this store only has 3.8 stars. They’re great!

Valentina was awesome & super sweet. Girl was helping 3 people at once in a organized manner of course, helped me and my mom till the very end, even when she was dying to pee.

Excellent customer service. I was promptly greeted and able to take care of a an order I needed to cancel right away. The sales person was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions.

When in today to upgrade my phone and had great help. Fantastic actually. Jacob is awesome! Very informative and knows his stuff. He didn't push any sales on us. He basically just asked what we needed and gave us all the information and suggestions. We really felt like we should have tipped him before leaving. Thank you Jacob! We will definitely be looking for your service again the next time we visit the store.

The wait was long but they were serving other customers so there isn't much they can do about that. I was greeted and checked in promptly though and when Lina was free to help me she gave great customer service. Though no fault of hers she was unable to help me but she at least commiserated with me about the absurdity of the warranty policy that didn't allow for my phone's replacement.

When I went in to buy a new wall charger this location was packed with people. The man working was very nice. He greeted me and asked what I needed. He retrieved it for me and he had a handheld computer that scanned my charger and he swiped my card and I was out in less than 5 minutes. Very pleased with this location.

The guys went above and beyond to get me set up with a new device as fast as possible. Greatly appreciative.

The folks in this store are always so helpful. We worked first with a gentleman who I think was a manager and then he tastefully pasted us to another persone for the final steps. They do a great job.

Amazing customer service by Cole!! Our trip in to get the new iPhone 13 was quick and easy, and during a pandemic that’s impressive. This store is lucky to have him!
