West Ridge Park Cemetery

My Wife & I recently purchased a mausoleum here. This is where we wanted to be and we are so happy that we were able to work this out. David Filson & Cinnamon Bombard are wonderful people to work with. They both went above & beyond to make sure we were happy! David & Cinnamon played a significant role in our decision and we highly recommend them!! Top notch!

My grandmother was interred here and we've had some issues with items missing and flowers being thrown out of the vase that we felt strong-armed into purchasing. After a couple of mildy disappointing situations with the Owner, we spoke with Mark McCrocklin, Vice President of Cemetery Operations, and he really went above and beyond to help make my grandfather feel as though his concerns were heard. We really appreciate Mark's generosity, and look forward to continuing to visit my grandmother in this quiet, pretty resting place.

Well kept cemetery.

The lawn maintenance here is awful! I have learned to always bring my clippers to trim around and between my mom and dad's headstone. Somehow the original vase got damaged, and when I asked for replacement, all that was done was another insert, when the bottom in the ground was all messed up. (This had to be done on the part of the mowing crew, there is no other explanation)...the insert that was added didn't fit right, and it disappeared...as in most likely someone stole it. Happened to the original base insert too. Not happy with this place....sorry I have a plot there. Would not suggest this place to anyone. What a mess.

Overall bad experience with the staff and the grounds.

My Father is buried facing 21st St and it floods by the road over there. We couldn't get the office manager to call us back to address our concerns and we had to contact her manager for assistance. Then we were charged $403 to place a concrete header for the headstone only to find out there is no concrete poured-just that a 4 inch deep hole would be dug the size of the headstone and the headstone would be placed directly into the ground-the same ground that floods. Not to mention, the grounds are not kept up and the forever hanging help wanted sign says alot.

Nothing has been resolved regarding any of our concerns. We were told that management would contact us once again and we are still waiting.

If you want poor service and lack of follow up, please consider using this company for your burial needs.

Will not recommend. Have had.3 wreaths stolen. Took forever (7 months) to get the death date engraved. Crypts were expensive. Bringing in mausoleum
