I love this store, big open aisles. This store does require mask and 6ft which I'm happy with. I ordered 2 pro of shoes online and both orders were not what I ordered. Dsw returned those shoes and helped me find another pair. Definitely will shop at this store again.

Great selection as always and hugely discounted shoes. Got a pair of CAT steel toed work boots for $48 bucks which were marked down from $179. Can't beat that. Angelina who works there is very friendly and helpful and I appreciated her customer service skills. Thanks Angelina.

Large store. Decent selection of shoes. online returns that aren't a match can be easily returned here. Nice staff too.

Bought some new Brooks shoes. They feel great! Received a 20% discount for providing my cell and mailing address.

I usually go to a JCP or similar for shoes, but if I can't find what I'm looking for, I'm sure I can find it here at DSW. Loads of options and styles for men and women. They also sell purses, backpacks, and jewelry.

I'm a shoe girl this store always delivers on options and fabulous shoes booties and athletic wear.

Amazing experience as usual. I ordered booties via my phone app. The app is user friendly. I was able to apply eligible discounts easily. I requested to pick up from a local store. I received a text when my order was ready. I pulled up, called the curbside phone number and someone brought my order out to the car, easy peasy! Thanks DSW!

Found the cutest pair of tennis shoe looking boots for the grandbaby. Loved them. Very impressed even with the price plus we bought a $50 gift card and got a $10 card free. Pleased today.

Although I had multiple issues, such as order coming late and mismatched shoes, their customer service including Facebook rep, Emily and Michele at Plainfield store went ABOVE AND BEYOND to satisfy me as a customer. I really appreciate it.

Super helpful. They even rang up my items in the middle of the store with a tablet so I didn't have to wait in line.

Went to dsw to find some cute summer shoes and found exactly what i wanted and also in my size. Donated the shoes i was wearing to get points for my next pair.
