I always have and always will love JCPenny! Went in to pick up a cutting board I bought online, while looking around picked out 2 shirts made by ANA, a brand for little people like me. The shirts were already 60% off but still should have cost me about $20. When the cashier rang them up my total was $4.90 because everything on clearance was an additional 80% off. So I ended up saving about $60! They are in the middle of remodeling this store, but to me that's a good thing as The JCPenny's I have loved while living in different states have all closed down.

We had our pictures taken at their portrait studio. It was fantastic. The photographer was top notch with professionalism. Fast and affordable. We'll definitely go back.

Walked into the Penney store in Plainfield needing a battery for my watch…..didn’t have much hope based on what I’d been hearing and was ready to wait for a month for them to send it out. Then I see David behind the counter. He had retired a few a few years ago. I knew then I’d be taken care of and I was! David, Thank you!

I went there recently to shop for my mum's ,others day present. The jewelry and perfume staff were very nice and friendly. They even recommended me some to buy for her.

Fast service. Went in to pick up my online order and the lady who helped was fast and friendly. I only waited in line maybe 5 minutes. She knew what she was doing and every transaction went fast and smooth. I was the 5th person in line and everyone social distanced themselves. Great store!

Jc Penny's has been a staple in my childhood for my school clothes. Now my nana has a JC Penny's credit card and we can just go up there and cash out . Lol. Thank u JC Penny's for staying true!!!

Very helpful and friendly personnel.. Prices are reasonable with great discounts and deals. Also has a wide variety of items for your daily living needs. Highly recommend this store.

I got 5 pieces of clothes and only spent $27. I couldn't have gone to Goodwill for that. Penny's has a sale going on half price and more off of that. Great Deals.

Had a pleasant shopping experience there today. The lady at the jewelery counter was both friendly and helpful. Plus checkout for other items purchased was quick and friendly.

My wife and I went at the last minute to find some items for a wedding. The staff made the visit very easy on us. Chip in the men department was very helpful. Would definitely be going a lot more.
