American Eagle Store

Very helpful, sweet and great at explaining what was going on on the store. Spent more than I wanted but it was because the staff told me what deals they had going on. Which it was all stuff I could use just went in for one thing but came out with 6 items.

The employees where amazing they where helpfull. The store was really clean.

Clothes are great for the younger set, including my teen daughter. I do have to mention that in my recent two dealings with them (nothing of at any fault of the business or product), their customer service has been stupendous!!

I walked in yesterday with a pair of jeans I bought with my daughter that had no tags and no recepit. She just wanted to exchange the size. Not only did they track backwards the receipt, but the size my daughter needed was out. So they had the right size shipped to my home free of charge!

On the previous occasion, my daughter order a pair of jeans on Black Friday, but they ended up being not what she wanted. We returned them to AE, with receipt. She picked a different pair that was slightly more expensive. We were given even exchange and since we bought the jeans on sale for 40% off, we were given 40% the sweater she picked out as well!

I think sometimes we, I know I do, forget the value of good customer service. Especially in the day and age of internet shopping. We will always shop at American Eagle. Thanks!!!!

All of the employers were friendly and it was nice to see young people actually working at their jobs & NOT talking to each other OR on their cell phones. Good job guys!!

The staff was super friendly & took time to play with my granddaughter when she was getting restless while mommy tried on clothes.

Plenty of parking. Located in a large mall. Found some shirts that I liked. Helpful associates.
