For the past four years, I've frequented this spot, and every visit has been consistently outstanding. However, I recently encountered a rather unusual scenario where I had to swap my tires and rims three times within a span of two weeks (entirely my own fault). Throughout this ordeal, Michael and his team displayed remarkable patience and remained pleasant. I highly recommend them for their competitive pricing and exceptional customer service.

Had to get new wheels after buying new tires elsewhere. Glad I went through these guys for the wheels. They were friendly, professional and very quick. Had the new wheels on and my tires mounted in approximately thirty minutes. I definitely highly recommend these guys over going to pep boys.

They are just the best ! I bought all four new tires for my car , after a year one of my tire got flat and when i went to them. They took care of it and replaced my tire under warranty at no charge. They have highly advanced machines for all the tire needs , the technicians are highly skilled and qualified. The front desk staff is very professional. Must recommend this shop to everyone in this area. I will never go to any other tire shop. They solve all my tire related problems.

Bringing my husband home from hospital and lost a tire on the interstate. Got Discount Tire in Avon, IN and Keyton stepped up to help us. Unfortunately found out we needed a rim and Keyton again stepped up to get one ordered asap. Service was quick and thorough. Recommending Discount Tires in Avon, In to all my family and relatives. Cant thank you enough!

Is one of two locations I alternatebetween. I appreciate that I can always trust them to be honest and not try to upsell me. Both locations are always clean; staff is friendly; wait times are very reasonable if you make an appointment.

Great experience getting a tire replaced. I had actually forgotten that the tire that was flat was one of the ones I'd previously purchased at Discount tire up on the north side of Indy. The guys checked it out and sure enough, I was getting a free tire replacement! We also needed to replace another tire and I made sure to put the life time warranty on both tires. It's comforting to know there's a Discount Tire nearby with a friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and prompt staff. Will definitely be back for any tire needs.

I've always liked discount tire. Can usually find something at a good price that fits my needs I'm trying out their phantom tire this time. Seems really good for the price so far.

I had Jesse, the salesman, help me with my purchase and rotation. Very friendly and quick. He made sure I got the best deal and went the extra mile to take care of me.

We always give our business to Discount Tire, but this time they really out did themselves. We needed to replace a spare tire, but my husband had to go to work and needed me, who had my 2 year old in tow, to pick it up. Without asking Mike offered to have me call him when I got there and he would just bring it right to my car and put it in the back for me so I didn't even need to leave my vehicle. Service like that is really hard to find. It may have been a small gesture to him but it was very much appreciated on my end and went a long way in my book!! Great service all around!!

Jesse is the best! He knows how to do business. He ordered my tires quickly he was knowledgeable and polite and was able to communicate well. No games, he got me in and out. I truly appreciate his hard work.

You went above and beyond and reminded me why I solely choose/trust discount tire because you always do right by the customer.

Great service and the staff is both helpful and professional. Discount Tire had the lowest listed prices and even offered a 5% military discount.

As busy as the place was, my new tires were installed in less than an hour. Purchasing and scheduling online made all the difference.

I've never been to a tire store like this before. Everybody I spoke with was pleasant and courteous. Service with a smile. They all seemed to really want to be there and enjoyed their work. Even though they were short-staffed, I did not have to wait very long for my tire installation. They even provided free water bottles while I waited. Between this amazing staff, and their partnership with Tire Rack, I will be buying all my tires from them in the future.

I took my 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for 2 brand new all terrain BF Goodrich tires that were ordered and they had me appointment set after I called earlier that day. So I got there and service was prompt after a 20min wait.
The Jeep was taken in and in the process of the tire installation, one of the driver side rear lugs striped out as the impact was used for removal as I watched the problem happen as I was in the parking lot talking and watching this happen.
I clearly had the thought on what course of action was needed to remove the bolt and as I was talking to my wife outside, she was looking also and everything I thought and shared with her is exactly what the shop did for the lug to be removed and I said to my self, ok, the manager knows what to do as he grabbed a hammer and tapped the impact fitting onto the striped lug and got the job done. Then took the time to seek me and find me and explain the process and replaced 3 of the 5 lugs at no charge and suggest a change of all of them at my next tire rotation. I totally appreciated everything and my 05Jeep looked good with the fresh meat on the rears.

I found a screw in my new tire so I went to Discount Tire (Avon) for a repair. Keyton was very helpful, explaining that the location of the screw near the sidewalk made it necessary to most likely replace the tire. He ordered the tire and set an appointment for me. On arriving at my appointment, Jordan and I pulled the screw and inspected the tire to find NO leak. A new tire was not necessary! Keyton and Jordan could not have been more helpful or considerate!

Really appreciated the service here! Had to get new tires and Keyton really helped me out! I got a couple quotes from nearby, brought him the best one I could find and he was able to beat it by another $50. Got scheduled right after the tires came in and I was in and out in less than an hour. Everyone was super friendly, I’ll definitely be back next time I need tires!

I was blown away by the service and professionalism of this team. I dealt mostly with Mike. But, I was also helped by Jackson and Daniel returned my truck to me. All seemed to be prompt and courteous. Mike answered all of my questions and concerns and was clear about options without seeming to push anything. They had an overwhelming volume of customers, but they seemed to be very attentive while trying to maintain a quick and steady pace. They organized the line and took information while providing an estimation of wait time. I witnessed some of their interactions with customers returning for warranty work and I was very encouraged. I was also given thorough information about my old trucks after market wheels and an explanation of why they would be a different size and require a different tire if I chose these wheels. In contrast to other providers in the area, I recieved a call back after less than 20 minutes with info from a vendor and options to discuss. I will definitely return here when my car is ready for a set of tires. A+

This young man I had in the beginning when I got my new tires was very knowledgeable and kind then and also when I got a nail in my tire. And their service is fast.
