The man I worked with pretty much the whole time (I think his name is Rog) was incredibly helpful in keeping me up to date on everything going on. I had to get a LOT of work done, but it was done surprisingly fast! Only issue was my ABS light came on 5 min after I left the lot. I'm taking it back in to ask them about it, and I'm hopeful they will be able to tell me what happened, and correct whatever the issue is. If they can't help me with that I will amend my review, but assuming everything runs smoothly, I would highly recommend! Like I said, I had an insane amount of work done on the car, as it had so many issues and wasn't safe to drive before. It now runs like a new car!

We have had good experiences at every Meineke location we have used. The service at the Plainfield Center was excellent. The staff was friendly and professional.

Staff was great. Helped out with a leak that happened on my way home from work. Got it in and out the very next morning. Didn’t overcharge and was able to get a few additional things done as well. Definitely recommend.

Great team of operators at this Meineke station. They were very helpful and diagnosed my problems readily without problems and set me up with estimates for repair. Would recommend them to anyone.

I just bought a car and was having issues that dealership was not willing to help with and the owner Brian plus the manager Eric jumped right in to help me with no questions . Bring your car here for any needs in a timely manner .

I've had Meineke Plainfield do a few repairs on my vehicles, large and small, and they've always treated me well, fixed the issue, and communicated well through the process.

My car broke down while traveling through Indianapolis, IN and I had deadlines to meet that same night, so I had to rent a car to continue home 9hrs away. The next day I called Meineke and spoke with Eric. I asked him if I was able to have my vehicle towed to them and overnight my key in the mail to them. He was so understanding and said they would take care of me. The very next day I received text msgs with what they needed to fix on my car and quotes on how much each cost. (I loved that part, was very professional on how they were up front with costs, and I knew what was being fixed and how much for each. I was then able to decide what I wanted them to fix in addition to what was required to get the car running). When I arrived the following day, Eric was very welcoming and invested in making sure my experience was second to none. He and the shop guys addressed all my concerns and I left out a very happy customer. Will definitely return to Meineke since they are local in my state as well. Great job guys!

Everyone was super friendly. I needed a 2nd opinion after the dealership gave me the runaround. I got an appointment the next day and the mechanics had it figured out in about an hour. They just earned themselves a customer! I will come to the Plainfield Mieneke for all my car maintenance now. They were knowledgeable, responsive and straightforward. A great experience all around.

This is my favorite location in Indianapolis. Absolute best customer service and service overall. I drive 30 minutes just to patronize this location. I’ve got all the work done on my car at this location and I’ve never had a single complaint.

I had an exhaust leak on my Ram 1500 that was not getting fixed at other shops.
I was very happy with the service I received here. They were able to fix it at a very reasonable cost. The whole truck feels different now. Love it!

I came back from vacation to find my car (which was in the airport long term parking lot) with no brakes. I called Meineke first thing in the morning to see if they could help since I was stuck 2 hours from home. They got me in the same day, fixed what needed, and had me back on the road. Eric was very helpful, nice and professional. He answered all my questions and helped through the whole process. They even went out of their way to get my car back to me since i was out of town and stuck at a hotel with my 2 young kids. I am so thankful for them getting me back on the road so quickly. I would totally recommend them, and would use again if ever stranded at the Indianapolis Airport again.

The people here are amazing! Eric is an awesome store manager! The service was great and great timing. They told me exactly what was wrong and when I replaced it; my car was perfect again. Highly recommend!

Very detailed inspection with pictures. Quick turn around with repairs. If you are looking to purchase a used vehicle, I would highly recommend letting Meineke perform an inspection prior to purchase to provide some negotiation backup. Great overall service.

My fav location of all Indianapolis. Best service, car care, and overall quality of work. I also like the point system that allows free oil changes every so many points which I get alot of.
