Out of all the doctors. Dr. Brian Cooper of the device clinic is awesome. No matter how many times I come there scared, he always helps thru it. He is one the best doctors that Lutheran Drive clinic has. He is the only doctor I will see at the device clinic

Meet with Dr Najib with Lutheran Health Physicians Cardiology for the first time today. I would highly recommend him! He took the time to chat with me - too listen to not only my concerns but to get to know me as a person and not just a chart. He was very thorough in going through my health history and offered great advice! The staff and nurses where wonderful!

My Np and her staff have always been very helpful and friendly. Getting labs is easier, they give you a pager that lights up when it's your turn. It has never taken long. I have always been in and out in reasonable time.

The only reason I didn't give this one star is because I have never been there. Even though their website says all of their physicians are taking new patients, I don't think any of them are. I have called 3 different physicians' offices trying to set an appointment, only to be told "no." Very frustrating.

There is a huge disconnect between scheduling-the doctors-patients. Office management must be new. Have been going to this office for 20 years and have never had a problem until Dr Uhrhammer left. My new Dr keeps cancelling our appts without notification. We come from Ohio and my husband has lost 2 days off because he has driven all the way there only to find out appt was cancelled. They’ve done this 2x’s now.

My appointment was scheduled for 2:30 PM. After being checked in by a receptionist, I sat and waited for an hour before heading back to the front desk to express my disappointment. I was escorted to a examination room where I waited at least 20 more minutes before I was greeted by a Physician. The physician was respectful but he spoke to me less than 10 minutes. I left feeling like I received no insight regarding my concerns.

I had lapriscopic surgery done. The after care surgical appointment 10 days later. The Doctor did not even look at the surgical sights. It seems like it would be very difficult to see a problem through my street clothes unless he is Superman. Very disappointment in after care!

You have to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment even if you are an established patient. Then you get taken to the exam room to sit for 50 minutes after the nurse leaves. Then in the middle of the visit after the test results were discussed the dr asked if my wife wanted help with smoking cessation and she said not right now the dr could tell i wasnt happy and asked why i informed her that we had been sitting in the exam room for over 45 minutes after the nurse left she didnt say anything .Then when my wife said she just wanted it to be over she said we can leave so we left. No idea what the next medical step is other than finding a different doctor basically start over and hope for a better quality of care.

Lutheran hospital killed my 2 year old daughter. They are a for profit organization! If they don't get paid your child won't get medicine. They wrote me a check for 20,000, said it would help me get through the hardship of burying my daughter. There was some fine print releasing them from all liabilities surrounding her death. No lawyer in Allen County will get involved because they have family and if someone gets sick your choices are limited. The hospital administrator Bruce Hamilton took me out for lunch, gave me the check and walked me to the bank counter before I had a chance to read the fine print. I pray nothing happens to his children, and if it does I bet he won't use his own hospital!

Sherry at LMG (Dr Karl's office) was not helpful during my call. She also hung up on me. When I called back after being hung up on with out a good bye or closing statement on my previous call I asked to speak with her. I Said "I think you accidentally hung up on me" and she said oh I thought you didn't need anything else. Well that still gives no reason for a rude hang up.
Very disappointed with my service from Sherry today.

Worst front office and scheduling! Do the physicians know that the front office is chasing away patients.
My degree is in healthcare administration and wife is a practice manager. We are applauded at the level of service here !

In the past I believe that Jerry Steele was the practice administrator didn't run like this !

I was billed incorrectly. 15+ minutes on hold and still haven't spoke with a human. They keep sending my bills to an address I haven't used for anything in over 10 years.

I needed an emergency doctors appointment and they had me on hold for 15 minutes! DO BETTER !!!
