The UPS Store

I’m not sure of the Young man’s name but he was a Caucasian guy tall with Long red hair he was very knowledgeable and quick. He was very kind. He greeted me as I walked in the door, and he also greeted me as I left the store by telling me to have a good day

It's awesome to have this UPS store so close and convenient! So easy to return Amazon! You also can drop off your USPS as long as it already has a shipping label on it! The staff is very friendly!

This is a great location for Amazon returns since Kohl’s is not the preferred location any longer. I find staff friendly and very easy to work with. My wife did note that later on in the day it can get quite busy but off hours I have not been disappointed.

Was just at the store and boy was it packed! Didn't catch the employees names, but the two guys working were rockstars. The line was moving quickly and they weren't frantic or rude despite the busyness. I got my return done super fast and easy.

The clerks are always helpful and friendly. I had some very heavy items to return and the clerk helped me with splitting the items into two boxes to limit the weight and dimensions of each box to keep shipping costs down. Also, it’s in a convenient location.

I had incorrectly designated the wrong drop off location for an Amazon return. He helped me make the correction and took the package. He was extremely pleasant and helpful.

The staff is very quick, friendly, and knowledgeable. I had an Amazon return package in which I had a barcode for. They quickly scanned it, printed a label, gave me a receipt, and sent me on my way! They also have a selection of packaging supplies available for sale. Very pleased with my experience with this UPS Store location.

This store offers all the typical offerings for every other UPS Store out there. They sell mailing and shipping supplies. They also have a limited copy center.

The gentleman that helped us was super friendly, helpful and fast. He made my first experience there a breeze. Will come back!!

I was unable, at the library, to enter multiple orders I was returning from temu. Preston, a ups employee ,entered all of the items for me and also went to my car and carried in the large box that I was returning the items in.
