Lora and her fantastic team are absolutely wonderful. Can’t say anything bad as they care for the customers that need help or know if that product will work for their needs.

Some days I wonder where all the compassionate, empathetic, caring people have gone. Well I found one today. Lora (the owner) of Personal Care Medical Supplies on W. Jefferson. She was so kind, helpful and encouraging, and I am very grateful to her. This place really cares about their customers. Thanks again Lora.

As a member of the AB/DL community it's very comforting to have such understanding, knowledgeable employees behind the counter. I've never bought my personal things in public til today. And I just wanna say that the atmosphere is very welcoming and I feel much more confident having shopped here with great staff. HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone especially the little community!

This is a wonderful supplier with an even more incredible staff. During my visit, Lora, the owner, took the time, of which it took a lot, to answer each and everyone on of my questions with knowledge and understanding. She took time to make myself and other customers feel welcomed and informed when making our purchases. I left knowing that had exactly what I needed at an excellent price. Lora is one awesome business owner and a good friend. I traveled from out of town to visit her business and didn't make it in time before she closed. She opened the door to me and let me peruse her shop. Very friendly and has an awesome personality. I love when I get the chance to stop here. Staff is always super friendly and professional. They also have great selections and I definitely appreciate the sample packs.

My Lymphedema therapist recommended this local company so I could purchase compression wraps and Lymphedema treatment supplies. The staff were very kind and knowledgeable. Lora, the owner, took my measurements herself, fitting me with the best option for the length and diameter of each leg. She also noted that if my doctor could provide a prescription, Insurance could make the wraps much more affordable. This company can submit the bill to insurance for any patient, which saves the pain of filling out the forms and doing it themselves.

It's been about 4 months now and the wraps fit perfectly and I'm feeling much better. Service was excellent, the staff is caring and detail-oriented, and the entire process quite positive. I'd wholeheartedly recommend this fine team to help with obtaining the right medical supplies for your needs.

AWESOME CARING OWNER LORA!! Lora was just such blessing first time we went there helping me to know how to put support socking on my husband. Wasn't sure about a cushion for him in car, let us take out try in car see if work for him before buying it. Just so caring.
Went back there for my son needing diapers right now. Lora so caring gave me samples to try so know what work for him. I can't tell you never in my life in all places I had in past has anyone ever went above and beyond to help you as Lora has. She is truly the BEST and cares about each and every one. I felt very welcome by the owner Lora. She was happy to help and very engaued with my shopping experience. I felt like I could open up about my love of diapers without the pressure of being judged. Loras store is AB/DL friendly with not only high end diapers at a reasnalble price such as Tina, Rearz, Better Dry just to name a few. She also offers diaper excesories such as onesies, training paints, changing mats, exc. I still can't get over how friendly and plesent the visit was to Loras store. I am an AB/DL and have come to absolutely love this store. I feel like a kid in a candy store when I walk in. They have everything I need and are very AB/DL friendly which I love, it makes it so much easier to talk to them about it. I'm definitely making several more trips here in the near future! It's well worth my 1 hour drive

Ive been going to this store for several years now i love the staff and over the years ive seen there inventory go from good medical diapers and abdl cloth diapers and adult onesies to great diapers like rearz safari rearz princess bambinos abu space abu lavender abu sdk and if they dont have your diaper they will do most anything to order it also in stock were adult pacifiers adult bottles and other abdl items the staff is completely abdl friendly and makes you feel so comfortable shopping for such taboo items if i could rate 10 stars i would it just doesnt get much better unless you go to tykables in chicago or the rearz showroom in canada. Id love to review the rest of the store but all i got this time was a box of 12 premium abdl diapers all different and all awesome they also have sample 3 packs so you can find your perfect style im simply in love....
