Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Saw a video where a bunch of chicken sandwiches were tried and rated. Popeye’s was rated “top,” so I wanted to try one for myself. Grabbed a chicken sandwich, a side of mashed potatoes and coleslaw. The sandwich was excellent. The mashed potatoes had a bit of ‘spicy heat’ to them. Unusual, but not bad. Both the sandwich and potatoes were piping hot, excellent for fast food. The Cole slaw was good. The staff was friendly and the wait for the food was reasonable. Good place to stop for some great food!

This place has gotten a lot better and quicker with getting meals out! The food was great and warm so no complaints here. Popeyes has always been favorite place to get a chicken sandwich 🥪

Great food. Such a positive work environment I wish all fast food places were like this!

Always fresh if your order isn’t perfect the managers with always follow thru to make it right! I come here at least once a week and they never let us down!

Food was awesome as always. Love Popeyes. Been a while since I’ve gotten to an actual store. It’s as good as I remember. Perfect Spicy on the chicken Sandwich.

This was the best Popeyes I think I’ve ever been to. The staff was gracious and very attentive. The food was hot and cooked to perfection. I left no crumbs in this 2 piece box! The food was promptly made and the cashier made my whole day!

Drive through was fast and pleasant 🚗.

Love Popeyes chicken... Always either get drive thru or carryout so I can't speak to the inside atmosphere

This is a very good Popeyes Chicken to visit. Located in between Cumberland and East Indy off US40 /Washington Street. The restaurant was very clean. Positive energy. There was not a long line. The food came fresh cooked. Our order was correct.

Just had the best customer service I’ve EVER had at a Popeyes! I didn’t get her name but she was the inside cashier today. Super sweet and pleasant. Even called me love bug and told me to be safe!!

They were so nice and helpful!! Food was great, and order was on point. Even after adding on a couple of items at the window.

Staff was awesome, order was complete and food was great. Pretty fast order maybe 4-5min wait for $50 worth of food.

Honestly it was the staff, I love chicken already so that's a no brainers. But for me as a consumer I want to feel as if I'm welcome and respected and made to feel comfortable when making my purchase. The ladies here definitely deliver excellent customer service!

With the covid situation, they are doing an excellent job of taking care of their customers. While waiting for my take out order, I was asked 3 times if I needed anything else. You can't rush cooking times. My food was fresh and hot. Talk to them when you are there because just a little thanks is all someone may need to turn a bad day to a good day.

This is my favorite chicken place, with that said this location has been very hit or miss with its employees and quality. We went in tonight and it seems they have fixed that! Employees were fast, friendly, and very attentive. The food was excellent!! Hot, fast, and fresh!! Very well done guys!

Haven’t eaten at Popeyes in years and decided to stop by this location to get dinner for five people and the staff was extremely polite and understanding . They were friendly and very helpful also . Our order was perfect ,hot , delicious in and out in 10 minutes . And I’m not sure if the lady working there tonight was the manager but she was very sweet and caring and made our experience here that much better . Thanks Popeyes employees keep up the hard work ! Y’all are awesome .

I've noticed the portions are steadily shrinking but the prices are climbing. The food is good but you get less

I have been to the 10000 E. Washington St. location in Indy 3 times in the past 4 months. I will not be going back here or any other Popeyes. I was disappointed every trip. I have had the spicy and classic sandwiches and was not impressed at all. Tonight I was 4th in line. Arrived 8:05, pulled out 8:28. There were several cars behind me. They were trying to prepare several orders at once setting bags on the counter shoving food in and then leaving them set to get cold. They brought an order to the window and read it to me it was wrong. It was anther 5 min. till they got mine. Chicken patty was falling apart and no thicker than a 1/4 pounder at Mcky D's. Red beans and rice was horrible. Beans like a runny paste and tasted burnt Fries were fantastic. But I wasted $10. They also stopped selling mac-n- cheese if you can imagine a chicken place with out m-n-c. KFC and Burger King both have much better sandwiches and know what the doing. Ruined my supper. Thanks!

Everything was great I even asked for more legs to my order. They were short staffed but very polite and pleasant explained and apologized even gave me a drink for my wait. Good was fresh and hot.

My Chicken Sandwich that I had for the first time, was Amazing. I see what all the rave was about. Melt in your mouth chicken breast on a what looks like Brioche Bun. 5 stars!! I will be frequenting the place a little more.
