They are so much better people & treat you with respect , courtesy , & don't look down on you for not being dressed up or the way that someone looks . The one on Thompson & Emerson Ave . Especially when basically teens & early 20's want to act like someone was gonna steal some $4.99 Blueberry muffins . They didn't even wait till I was done scanning all items in my cart & I did not in any way shape or form place anything, not one item in any of my bags that I did not scan . Parents please start teaching children to respect their elders as well as other human beings. Kroger you could get one of those youngsters get hurt ,because they want to accuse the wrong person that takes their accusations to heart . Kroger goes back to hire more cashiers that have to actually work then staying on there phones & talking to each other . Make them do hard days work or work 40 hours a week . Because last time I checked I worked 40 hours & I should not have to scan & bag my own items & put them in the cart . Because Kroger you sure do not give any of us the customers that shop your stores a discount or take anything off our bills for doing the scanning & bagging items . Oh you might say you do with downloading your app & clipping your digital coupons. What about the people that don't have the app or a lot of seniors that may not be able to do so . You don't mail out coupons that much anymore . My 88year old step dad is one . I bet if you went back to cashiers & baggers you would have less theft because if like at Aldi grocery store you can't .
I am going to try Aldi . Oh and if you are gonna say you save per 10 cents on gas Please Refrain & don't have children try to be Kroger Security

Improving looking better and I feel comfortable shopping there again

Semi quick in and out. Staff at this store are great. Wish that there were more manned checkouts, self checkout is a problem if you have produce or alcoholic beverages. This store is a little upscale from the Shortridge store that is closer to home be and seems larger. Parking is never a problem for me, plenty of handicapped spaces.

I love that they have the pickup option now! It’s been years coming that’s for sure! I love Rico!! He’s the friendly happiest employee! If only everywhere had Ricos!

Big store, lots of products to choose from, friendly staff and the prices are reasonable especially if you're a Kroger plus member.

We have Kroger's for years. Today was the best experience we have EVER had. Joyce at the self checkout is fabulous!!! She attended to our ever need and told us about the event Kroger sponsors. Wished us a very blessed day and away we went with pamphlet in hand along with everything we needed at the grocery store! Thanks Kroger

I went to the self serve and everyone there is so nice. They helped me ring up my drinks. They are always pleasant and friendly. Makes grocery shopping a better experience.

The pharmacy staff is real great and courteous and very helpful. The store employees are also wonderful. The only issue I have is with a couple of the police officers that work there is everytime I check out they will come up to wherever I check out and just look at everything either I or the cashier scans. I have no problem with them having a police officer for security cause I have done security for the past 9 years and I have had to watch what people are doing. Just because I don't wear a badge doesn't mean they have to go to whatever check out I go to and stare at everything I am doing. This happens about everytime I go in there. One I don't steal and I hate a thief because my father and grandfather was a police officer for numerous years. I have seen people shoplifting from this store and even said something to the police officers but they just shrug it off. So a couple of those police officers they need to get rid of and get a couple other ones that are actually going to do the job right.

I had one of the best experiences at this Kroger on East Washington while I was out with my daughter and they were out of a sale item Cola and the manager himself went back. Mr. Josh and he went into a tractor trailer and dug out for 12 packs of the color that was on sale now you can't get service better than that and the people were all nice and saying hello and the customers were talking there was a lot of great sales going on like a dollar for a box of cereal that was pretty good and name brand cereals so when thinking about different Kroger's keep this one in mind for your family

This store has changed my life he has made me happy and I told him I was interested in taking things further. Kroger finally asked me out and we've been dating for about 5 months. He eventually put a price on it, and now were a happy married couple. He and I have beautiful kids, Sam & Cosco, and we have never been happier!

There are a couple of things I like about Kroger. One, sometimes you get more bang for your buck and the other is the points you earn to buy gas. The way prices are today, as a consumer, I at least want to feel like I am getting my money's worth.

The employees are very friendly and helpful. No attitudes. Good mature people. Girls in the pharmacy are great!!! So patient and willing to go the extra mile!

Very clean store. All of the associates were very polite, I was greeted by each team member I passed by. Made my visit very pleasant.

Overall everything was clean and well stocked. Lines were all open and going very fast. Parking lot was very clean and well lit.

Shopping was easy, checkout was quick. Used Kroger points and saved quite a bit on gas. Very productive trip.

tonight's visit went well I needed soda pop and while on the sales floor one team member offered assistance and upfront the cashier the young man was very helpful all in all a great visit.

It's always good! Employees are always willing to help you and sometimes just ask even when I don't need help! Very friendly and courteous!

Short visit. Man on a mission looking for cotton candy grapes. They were they only place to have them. Normally I don't shop Kroger, but they had something no one else had.
