I have never had a problem with this store. Been going to them for years. It's not the people's fault that they are understaffed and certain meds are not available. Talk to the drug companies. Cussing people out isn't going to help anything.

I have been going there for 6 yrs. People don't realize that sometimes things are out of the staffs control. Insurance, prescription not sent in on time. Not to mention Government guidelines on certain meds, when and how many a person can get. So if you get treated unfair as you say. Maybe take a look in the mirror. You reap what you sow.

Love to see the different things. Was happy the had a small heating pad in stock.

Pharmacy filled script within 24 hours. Had been battling Walgreens to get this script for over 2 weeks. They got it done and figured out within a day. Very helpful staff.

Sometimes you just can't go by reviews you have to patronize a business yourself .went in this location this morning to pick up a few health care items and the young lady that I did come across spoke was very friendly and asked if I needed help and she assist me getting what I needed.she even asked if I had coupons once at the register and even told me what I had available .store nice clean .I will say one person cross my path before her and he didn't say anything to me at all.

Great pharmacy staff, quick pick up for medicine. Store staff is friendly, helpful, and check out its easy.

The store is okay. On This day I received poor service from the pharmacy. However, it was not my typical experience. east Washington Street location.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy! Read the reviews.... Called in a refill and Doctor sent in one. Both were verified ready. But, get to the store (and the drive-thru is closed!!) and go in, nothing is ready after 4 days! This place has been heading down hill for years, this was the final issue I'm dealing with here.

Be prepared to wait on the phone 30+ minutes for anyone to answer. If you go in, do not use the drive through. At LEAST a 30 minute wait if there is 2 people in front of you. In store isn’t much better. Was told that their phone refill system doesn’t work and if you put in a request for refill
By the automated phone system you have to actually call and confirm it and talk to a person because “they’re over 3 weeks behind” waited 20 min in store for a script I had requested a week prior because they hadn’t even started to refill it. That’s when I was told you had to talk to a person instead of just using their company auto refill phone tree.

Honestly I know these people are underpaid but for Christ’s sake. I’m on a medication that literally cannot be missed by even a couple hours! This is the worst pharmacy but unfortunately I can’t go anywhere else due to my insurance.

Pharmacy staff is rude and disrespectful. Especially Kia, the pharmacy tech. She is so hateful and will laugh and antagonize you. She should not be in customer service IMO. In addition, they never have my prescriptions in stock. Even though I have been getting the SAME prescriptions every single month for years. My insurance is through CVS so I don’t have a pharmacy choice and the one down the street has drive by shootings so I don’t go there. It seems like all CVS pharmacies are like this any more anyway. They don’t care. Staff is overwhelmed and over worked and take out their frustrations on their patients/customers.

Pharmacists are the worst here What an attitude,also I came for my antibiotics I was in terrible pain so I had to wait hours to get it? Don't understand

This is the absolute worst CVS in the WORLD. Do not use this pharmacy they lie and NEVER know when stuff will be filled. Please use the CVS in Target by Washington Square. They always have your medicine and will let you know if they are out. Also very well organized. Again do not use this horrible location 10001 E Washington…..please use 10202 E Washington inside of target!!

Any review that is good at this location don’t believe it ESPECIALLY about the pharmacy it definitely has to be the employees writing those. There’s a reason this place has 2.9 stars.
