I needed to call and schedule my husband for a procedure with central scheduling this morning. How lucky I was to speak with Harriet. She was so kind and professional and even though her computer was making her job more difficult she just waited for the problem to resolve all the while connecting with me on a personal level making my time on the phone like I was chatting with a new friend. Thank you Harriet!!!

The Med surg floor took great care of my family member. They explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and how to follow up with the nurse manager if we had questions even after going home.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Patient care is priority. The hospital is clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Lutheran Hospital is always there for you. I have Afib and the staff and Doctors are very professional .You can't ask for better care then that.

Called to make an appointment, Rita the Nurse started immediately to deter us from seeing the Doctor! After numerous explanations she continued to get Rude, Belligerent & Cocky! Even Worse the Nursing Manager Casey was far worse, what’s more appalling is that Casey the Mgr, had us on Speaker phone, while having Rita present and violated HIPPA, got even worse by stating the Physician Akbar doesn’t want to see your mom! Upon asking who her boss is, she got terribly rude, by making personal comments and gave us a name that we weren’t able to understand clearly because she was going so fast, than the Nurse Rita & Casey said amongst them’ We will just tell Betsy , that these people are the ones rude! These two ladies are unprofessional.
& Dr Akbar should not loose focus! Its Immoral, Unacceptable.

My doctor moved from Lake Ave to Broadway and because they had my address in wrong I was not notified. I drove to the new building and the elevator from the parking garage didn't work. Once I finally got to the Lobby no one was there they were in the back room chatting and could see me standing there. Finally they waved me back in the room and still sat there chatting instead of signing me in. Then had the audacity to tell me I was 15 minutes late and I would have to reschedule.

Terrible customer service. I called IT to find out where to login and they couldn't tell me any information. The lady was very snarky with me, so she definitely needs more training on how to interact with people. They had no clue where to go, they didn't have the phone number for HR and I was told there was nobody else working there that I could be transferred to. Incredibly unprofessional

The most unorganized and rude corporation I’ve ever had to talk to. They do not care about patient satisfaction or you as a person at all, just getting their money.
