My trip to the dmv today was the smoothest visit I’ve experienced ever. Thanks ladies!

Had to get my driver's license renewed. It took 22 minutes from the time I walked in the front door until I left. That's the way it should be.

Although I waited until the last day, the line for sticker renewal moved quickly! All you need is a copy of tax assessment (had mine mailed to me from tax assessors office), pay the fee and you're good to go! People are efficient and kind.

The staff here are great. Opened right on time. Show up early and prepared. The key to a 15 minute in and out visit is having all the documents you need. It's the people who don't come prepared that cause long wait times. It was nice to see them following COVID guidelines.

I'll try to keep this brief, but I have to say a big thank you to Mandy, her supervisor and the other employees at the Jonesboro DMV. My daughter's permit was set to expire today. We have spent a while now trying to obtain a copy of her original birth certificate, but due to various reasons, it took us some time to do. I was finally able to get it today (which is a whole other long drawn out story) so we left heading to Jonesboro. Then my truck broke down (I swear... you can't make this stuff up) and I had to call a family member for help. As we came into Jonesboro, I called the DMV and spoke to Mandy and explained our situation and that we were headed there, but we would be arriving shortly after 6. She was so polite and helpful and transferred me to her supervisor. I didn't get her name, but she never hesitated and told us to come on in. She didn't have to do that, but she did and I'm so grateful. We arrived and received a warm welcome. Mandy, as well as the other employees, was so polite to me and my children. Thank you all so much for your help. You definitely saved the day!!

I'm not sure if I just got lucky or were they moving right along. I would like to say thank you to Ms.Peggy at Driver Control. If you need any information about your driving record she can help. Very polite, patient and knowledgeable at her work.

The clerk who assisted me was fantastic. She hade laughing the whole time. Made my visit fun, fast, and the easiest time I've ever had going to a dmv.

Make sure to charge your phone, and get ready to cry tears of time and money. Remember how long it took you to get your first mount in vanilla wow? This Is kinda similar, but just a little more confusing.

They were very helpful and understanding. I would also like to say that Geneva was friendly and I can see why they made her manager!

The person who served me was informative, talkative and quick at their job.

Daughter in law got license today. Women helping new and in training. Very polite. Line went quickly.

Employees continue to be very cautious and considerate of COVID-19. Allowing only five customers in the building at once.

I just moved to Jonesboro, I’m from Long Island
Islip Terrance New York, and i have to say this is the best dmv I’ve ever been in 😌 people are frindly, you go in for something what ever it is, is super fast don’t take all day to solve your issues whether is renewing or getting new documents 🙌

There is a long waiting period, however the staff is so nice and willing to work with you!

Fast and efficient. Look online or call to determine what you may need to bring with you.

It was fast getting the tags for the truck everything was moving consistent there wasn't much waiting at all
