Fat City Grill

My wife and I needed a quick, easy meal after life had handed us each a day... Fat City delivered us just that. We were greeted and seated right away, we had drinks immediately, and once we ordered, it was a short wait. Everyone was very nice and the food was excellent!

The building itself, however, needs some love. The layout is great, but some of the tables, chairs, booths, and menus could stand to be replaced. I had plopped down in my booth, but due to a lack of cushioning, I may have compressed a vertebrae. I'm 3 inches shorter now. Most of the booths had a strip of duct tape on them. My guess is that this marks where the foam in each seat escaped. It's OK, though, the foam has been replaced with the scent of former patrons.

We still had a good overall experience and I highly recommend coming in to try it for yourself! Great food, great people, and plenty of history!

Great food and even better service! They even had a spoon with their silverware which is something a lot of restaurants have stopped doing and yet so needed!

Amanda/Amy was an amazing waitress with excellent communication.

The food was amazing well worth it if you haven't had a chance to stop in and eat here you need to great place wonderful people and just a great place to eat period so stop in and check it out you will love it I guarantee it

I frequent often , I dine in ,take it to go ,the place has a great atmosphere,I love being able to watch the game as I dine,people complain about the prices but that is probably ,because, they only eat at McDonald's. To be honest two can dine for nearly the same price at Fat City.Fat city has great food and it's homemade fresh never have I received food that was from a warming cabinet made fresh and when I say it's great that is an understatement I usually have the chicken fingers my boys always get the burgers and it's always delish .

2022: First time visiting last weekend and definitely will be returning! The service was outstanding! Great waitress and host. The manager checked on everyone to make sure the food was up to par. The food was delicious and fulfilling. This is definitely my new go to spot for breakfast.

2024 update: Still going and service is still amazing!

It was my first time eating here! We were seated quickly, and all of our needs were met every time we asked! Our food was DELICIOUS, I'm still day dreaming about the Blue Cheese. BBQ wing appetizer was VERY nice, smoky flavor. Fried jalapeños were flavorful, not too spicy. My burger was big, I couldn't finish it! And the fried cheesecake with ice cream was TO DIE FOR! Absolutely can't wait to eat again! Enjoy the sports theme with televised sports.

Katelyn took wonderful care of us! We had wings for an appetizer. No kidding they were huge! I thought the sauce could've been hotter, but for the price they were great. We had a ribey to share and I don't think I've ever gotten such a thick steak! I like mine med rare, but because it was so thick we asked them to cook it a little more. They graciously did and it was perfect the second time. They even added another hash brown casserole and bread stick. This is the first time we've been there in years, man, we didn't know what we were missing. Looking forward to going back and trying something else!

Love the whole atmosphere. Our waitress was very nice and pleasant and the food arrived fast. Food was absolutely delicious! Must try the fried pickles! I had the beef tips, cooked medium and they were done perfectly...very tender and juicy. This was our first time there and we are definitely going back again!

The food was excellent, brought out in a timely manner and very nice size portions. Our server Kate was superb and very friendly and attentive. Has a nice and relaxed atmosphere with no rushing.

Breakfast today was great. Our waiter was a super nice young man. Food was delicious and served quickly and warm. Seemed to be a well organized and courteous staff. Restaurant was clean. No problems with this visit.

Had the best double shrimp penne pasta. It was superb. Husband at bacon cheese burger and seasoned fries. Meals were so big took home for supper.

When I go places I like to try something I've never had before so this turkey and ham deep fried French toast was different but so good with the sweet salty taste. I loved it. They did a good job protecting condiments by wrapping them in saran wrap after cleaning them down.. first time I've seen that in a restaurant lately due to covid. Nice atmosphere of restaurant also

Came here on a road trip with my family and friends and for 13 people, we paid a little less than 100 dollars. I highly recommend the biscuits and gravy with 2 eggs. Our server Kim definitely deserves a raise for her hard work and determination while providing a warming experience for my family and friends. The food took less than 10 minutes to get all the food out for 13 people and it was amazing to see the staff work together to make and get the amazing food out. Highly recommend coming her for a nice breakfast, lunch, or dinner with great service and great food.

Went there on a Saturday for lunch, I was going to try the lemon pepper wings, but they were out of them. So we both ordered the chicken wrap and were told they were out of the seasoned sidewinders that accompanied it, and French fries would be substituted. The chicken wrap was good and the server was excellent.
