First appointment yesterday afternoon with Aspen Dental in HADLEY.
NICK called me the day before to confirm everything and to ask a few questions to save me some time at the appointment. KARINA greeted me as if I was her first appointment of the day, and in fact, I was her last. AMBER took me almost immediately for x-rays, full mouth profile, etc. She was extremely patient and gentle and caring with me. Dr. Alabbadi was GREAT. He was very thorough and answered all my questions. Gave me the confidence that I picked the right place to have a lot of work done.
I finished with NICK who laid out the procedures and costs, and helped me with my insurance. Take it from me. This is a place you want to have your work done.

Great experience had broken tooth. My regular dentist would see me in three weeks. They took me and did a great job. No pain with the Novocain tooth feels great. Great dentist thank you one out of 55 star rating

Excellent experience. This Dentist Office got me in quickly for a broken tooth, contacted my insurance to verify coverage so I didn't get blind sided, reviewed everything with me and pulled my tooth. The Doctor and whole Team did an outstanding job.

Extremely friendly staff. I found them all to be knowledgeable, warm while also professional. The dentist was very soft and considerate with his work. Also very friendly. Billing is always spot on with no endless bills in your mailbox. Can also book appointments within days Noth months like every other office.

I went into Aspen dental with a spontaneous need for emergency care due to excruciating pain. I had been putting off dental care for a while due to not having insurance, and their team handled my situation with respect and care and I left feeling a lot better than I felt when I came in. Thank you to Dr. Al and the whole team!

Everyone was VERY nice. It just came down to be too expensive for me to continue there. They didn’t take both of my insurances. Dr gave me antibiotic and I appreciated that a lot.

After 3 or 4 visits I realized this is a great dental practice for me. From the receptionist, to the dentist and assistants, they are all excellent!

I dropped my lower denture on Saturday afternoon..I called in unfortunately there was no tech available. Monday morning I was able to drop them off and they were repaired by noon.... I was so pleased with aspen and the employees... thanks again ... Susan Campbell

On time, clean and the dentist was exceptional and I do not say that lightly. Nick was extremelt helpful as well!

The care and reception was prompt and no-fuss - my examination went quickly, and the technician, dentist, hygienist, and insurance/billing person all gave me clear information, answered my concerns, and set me up for a series of follow-up appointments to take care of various issues.

I have a LOT of anxiety about going to the dentist, always have and it's lead to me avoiding going. Finally went to get some help and the team at Aspen dental in Hadley were phenomenal. They didn't shame me and helped me get back on track with my dental health. The doctor there is kind and respectful. I highly recommend the Hadley Aspen.

I saw the oral surgeon Nazeeh Abunasra, who was great and most importantly (to me) quick! He got my wisdom tooth out in what felt like seconds. The office manager Autumn made me feel calmer and comfortable. She took the time to explain the financial options to me and she is very knowledgeable. I wish I caught my hygienists name, she was great too and even held my hand during the procedure. I will definitely go back to this team.
