Update: I've been going here for my believe years now and I've never had an unpleasant experience with the staff. As a business owner I am astonished at how well this is managed how well they retain their staff and how happy their staff are at their jobs. I have no idea who manages this place but the standards they set are being followed and they are impressive. Kudos mystery manager

Very nice place, my favourite dispenciary in mass. Freindly staff. Knowledgeable, not pushy but very happy to give input and recommendations. Great parking and I will most definatly be back. To all that use mobility devices! This store is nicely compliant with accessibility, most wheelchairs will have no issue here and I cant wait to bring my wife in.

EDIT: 12/26/2019. Another great experience, talked about concentrates and what was going on with the shop. Picked out the Sundae driver wax. Lovely package, and pretty good concentrate.

One of my personal favorites. The product & pricing is great. Staffs cool. Locations decent. Get in there & try their house brand!

Great customer service excellent selection of all products, especially good on Vape cartridges and excellent deal with veterans 20% discount medical and Recreation. Counters and great customer service. Best over all prices! This is one of the best in this area! Highly recommended don't be sorry! Also it has the most potent straight indica vape I have found, no other dispensary has anything has potent that I have seen yet?

I have been going here for awhile and it’s not that I haven’t had great service before, but Jennifer definitely went above and beyond to make it a great experience. I would say she is a great asset to your store.

Jennifer was so kind and polite. She answered all my questions with a smile and made me feel really comfortable as it was my first time entering their store. She was great! The receptionist was also very kind as well, I missed her name but she was very positive and kind the minute I walked in!

My first time at natures remedy was amazing and all the people were very friendly and very informative and I love that they repeated back my order just so I knew exactly what I got and that I got everything that I ordered. Overall 10 out of 10 for the visit. The woman who helped me was named Carina and she was very nice and sweet.

Today I had someone new wait on me named Robert and he made me feel so welcomed and comfortable and was pretty quick with his service for my order! Super polite and attentive. Will 100% be back again, keep up the great work guys💖

Joshua was amazing and very helpful. He helped me pick out a new bowl and carefully packaged it for me because I’m a very clumsy person. He was very friendly and put a smile on my face with great conversation. Will definitely be coming back to this dispensary! Thanks Joshua!

Amazing customer service. Everyone is there to help you find the product you want / need. Best dispensary I've ever been too. I love how they dont pressure you. They show you all the products and work with you with a smile on their face. The nerves disappear as soon as you talk to someone behind the counter. I cant say enough good things about Nature's Remedy.

First time shopping here and the service was amazing. From the gentleman who met us in the parking lot, to the sweet women inside, everyone was professional, kind, and full of smiles.

The remarkably knowledgeable staff were more than happy to discuss with myself and my partner what will work best for both of us.

I used to frequent elsewhere, but after this initial experience I am sure we will become regulars.

I look forward to many frequent returns!

This is my favorite and definitely preferred dispensary. They have tasty edibles and a large variety. Their staff is always friendly and knowledgeable about their products and they all did a great job while they could of being cheerful despite being outside when they offered curbside pick up. I'm sad that that feature had to go, but I understand that it's because of law, not personal choice of the management. I appreciate them for doing their best when they did have it though, definitely took some of the stress out of trying out new things. I have anxiety which is what I use their products to treat so any company sensitive to those needs is an automatic win in my opinion and they have definitely shown how this is done best. :)

Stefani is always pleasant and informative. She is wonderful ! This is my place of choice, comfortable atmosphere see them soon !!!
