Target

I just stopped in to the Target in Marlboro and worked on the self checkout line. Something would not work and Andrea who is working that station today was so nice! She is a great example of GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thanks Andrea, keep up the good work!

Eric and the girl with brown hair and the round glasses (I wish I grabbed her name). These two target employees gave perfect customer service today!!! They made me so happy. I was driving all over the place trying to find a specific piece of furniture. And I was starting to get stressed about it. The girl at the customer service counter was so helpful because she listened to my situation and helped me figure out how to get the futon into my tiny sedan. Then Eric was so patient and helpful because he took the time to help me roll the futon out to my car and he even took the time to fit it in the trunk!!! Such professional service. I wish I could have tipped him. Im so happy and these two employees really made my day. They went above and beyond and I hope their manager acknowledges the perfect service they provided today (11/9/21).

I always love this Target location. The self checkout line maybe long but the wait is faster than you think. I tried drive thru pick up for the first time and I can't believe how quick someone came out with my order.

Target has so many different things I need. The prices are much better than the drugstore that's right down the street from me, so I'll try to wait until I need several things and make the trip to Target (it's not far, but it's not down the street either). I also find it to have a more pleasant atmosphere than some other similar stores and the employees are helpful.

I love Target. I travel for work all over the country. I have shopped at Targets in at least 40 states. They're always clean, well stocked and have friendly people. Their restrooms are always, and I do mean always, spotlessly clean. Most have a Starbucks which is an additional bonus. My favorite department store. Thanks Target!

Lenny at self checkout basically stopped a brewing toddler tantrum and he’s the hero of today. Didn’t interact with anyone else really but if they’re all like him with exhausted and overwhelmed customers, then they’re all pretty amazing.

Drive up to a numbered space. Type in the space number. The person comes out with all of my groceries - and puts them in the trunk!!! No kidding, I drove away feeling as though I was stealing something! What an easy process. Definitely recommend the Drive Up pickup process. Why get out of the car? Marlborough, MA where it is 16° out.

Jim was the most helpful person. I wanted a very heavy piece of furniture and he assisted me in getting it up to the register and putting it in my car. I was very impressed with him because he was very fast and went the extra mile to make me happy. I will go back to that store all the time now.

Love this target! It’s my go-to since it’s close by. All of the workers are very friendly especially JP, he goes above and beyond to help the customers! Don’t sleep on this target 😊

Most of my neighbors , friends and l are very excited that we have a Target in our area. The stores are always clean , bright , and the shelves are always stocked & fronted. Even the staff not only look there best but they are always polite ,curtious and very helpful. l"ve actually formed a friendship with a few of them . We always look forward to shopping there .Keep up the good work.

The order was ready very quickly. I was pleasantly surprised. Walmart can be a nightmare using the online ordering/counter pickup. This was the first time trying it at Target. I don't plan on walking further than the service desk from now if I can help it . They may get some of my Amazon business.. some ....

It is a great establishment the employees often do seem overwhelmed by the amount of people that walk in but they still get the job done despite the circumstances. The front end has the finest employees I’ve ever encountered. I’m always there to witness it.

The Electronics section here is very complete and thorough with a VERY helpful sales associate who was able to direct me to get the best deals last Christmas to buy airpods for the entire Holt adoption agency helping Korean-American immigrant children!

Target just almost always has what I’m looking for, is close by, and has high quality products. It’s also a pleasant place to shop (clean, organized, friendly) and the Starbucks on location is an added bonus for a busy mom :)

Two words. Life Changing
All you have to do is download the app and search for the items you want. It lets you get wicked detailed by selecting the exact brand/qty/style you want.
Added Bonus: It automatically shows you if any manufacturer coupons apply (which you normally wouldn't look for)
Checkout and done. Usually within 40 mins you get a notification your order is ready, you simply let them know you are outside at the designated drive up area, and they come out right to you and put it in your car!!!
Today was 31°; I love a Target walkthrough more then anyone, but this FREE SERVICE was clutch today!

This is my go to destination for quick shopping. I work at the mall down the street and I will need to get paper, balloons, trash bags, etc. and I always go here first because they more than likely have what I'm looking for. The staff is great to, really hoping above and beyond the call of duty to help people find what they are looking for.

If you've seen one target you've seen them all I suppose but this one is staffed by a number of friendly reps and it's well organized and clean. Starbucks and atm inside like most others. I come here to grab coffee sometimes since it's near my work.

Who doesn't love Target...except for the one in Framingham. This Target is easy to get to, always clean and the people are friendly. There is never a long wait at the registers.

I have been to this target location before. The staff is very helpful. Sometimes if I'm online I will see an item at this location and when I arrive there I find out there are none available. The people are very helpful though and friendly.
